The online shopping process at this boutique was simple, but when I tried on the dress there was a problem with the zipper. I wrote to customer service and it was fixed quickly even during the holiday. They were amazing! I was delighted with their prompt service. He even gave me refund options or a store credit plus a prepaid return, everything organized. Overall excellent customer service!
I purchased $75 worth of clothes. I followed the size chart that is on their web site. On a couple of items I actually purchased the next size up as I wanted the shirts to hang a bit.
What I received was 6 items that were ALL at least two sizes too small. Three items I could not even get on. When I contacted the company, the refused to either exchange for a larger size or issue a refund. I explained that this was their fault. Either their size chart is wrong or the items were cut/sewn too small. I sent photos of the clothing I wear every day showing me wearing them and the tags for sizes and then the "same size" clothes they sent me that would not even go on.
This company said the items were final sale items and refused to do anything. They did admit their size chart is based on Chinese sizing not American. I have $75 worth of clothing can't wear!
DO NOT BUY from this company, they are a rip off. The quality of the clothing was questionable.
I ordered two dresses just to see if I would get what I ordered. Its cheap, but shipping is pricey. Took a couple of weeks to get them. BUT neither of the dresses look like the pictures, both way too big. These good/great reviews are false!

The clothing is nice and affordable, but the sizing isn't always correct on the sizing chart and you cannot exchange products. They allow you to return an item, but make you pay for all shipping cost which they say is very expensive, so they offer to give you 15% cash back- which is nothing. So now, I will have to take the dresses to an alteration shop so they can be taken in. Or - I could sell them online and get the full price of the item back? Huh.

I bought shoes here but unfortunately they did not arrive, I contacted the delivery courier, but to no avail and no luck, so I contacted the store. They were very quick with their response. Then I received an email informing me that my shoes had been re-shipped as replacement. I was amazed and impressed! I was not expecting a replacement, I was only reporting the loss of the item. Anyway, I am very happy and very grateful, your customer service has exceeded my expectations and your delivery is also very fast. I would definitely buy them online here again! Thanks again :)

My order took many weeks to arrive. I thought it had probably been lost, but it finally showed up in about a month. Everything was much smaller than described, however, so I tried to return it. To my shock, it was all from China and returns were definitely discouraged. I finally ended up accepting about $4 back on my much more expensive purchase, which I have yet to receive.

Not all things are as they seem. I very much dislike fabric that is susceptible to static cling. MOST of these items are, "cotton blend" but it feels more like a nylon. The fabric swishes when you move, it clings, and I'm sorry, but I don't like it. Having said all that, the "cotton" items are really comfortable and fashionable, just check the material before you buy. I LOVE the shoes I bought and the belt is great too.

Just Fashion is a disgrace, they should be embarrassed by their lack of customer service. I have sent 4 emails to them and they have not bothered to reply to one. They continue to ignore my emails and their deliveries are very very slow - their promise of no delivery fee over $99 is false, they still charge you. There are plenty of other online stores to chose from that deliver a much better customer service experience and may actually reply to your emails.

Website was easy to navigate, selection was good as far as style, price, and availability.
However, I think people should stop manufacturing clothes made from plastic materials (which use fossil fuels such as oil.)
I live in a warm climate (as does much of the world population), and plastic-based clothing holds in heat and the resulting excessive (and uncomfortable) perspiration.
I much prefer cotton (or bamboo.) Skin needs to breathe. (And the world needs to stop consuming fossil fuels.)
I ordered 2 dresses and 1 pair of sandals. Paid $17.00 for expedited shipping, took over a month to get the dresses, still haven't gotten the shoes. The dresses were supposed to be large, they won't fit my niece that is a size 4! Can't return, policy is I have to pay return shipping and will only get a partial refund or credit! As if I wan't a credit! This is a terrible company, they don't respond!

These clothes are cheap and not as described. They say cotton linen and it turns out to be cheap polyester. A far cry from cotton linen. The size chart is ridiculous and no size is right. This is a rip off company... buyer beware. Just pass this cite up if you don't want to get ripped off! HORRIBLE! I would give no stars but have to give 1 to post this.

Answer: DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO THIS COMPANY! Read the reviews and be aware that many people, including me, have been sent sub-standard items & had little or no luck in getting money refunded. They are a company who do not supply goods as described in the adverts. Stay away from Justfashion. Just saying!
Answer: It takes forever to ship. But it should finally arrive. But don't expect it to be the item you ordered. The items advertised and their descriptions may not be accurate. But they will never admit their mistake. My wife purchased a dress that was described as being linen/cotton, but the dress that arrived was cotton/polyester. It was virtually impossible to get the mistake corrected. The website would not transmit the request for a refund/exchange. All you get is a form letter explaining how to request a refund/exchange. When they finally did answer my repeated emails, they said I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense. And there was no guarantee the replacement would be linen/cotton.
