Payment part of web site is difficult and it was supposed to be free shipping and yet I got charged Grrrr
I obviously didny\t read about the shipping condiions properly however I do not like that you do not specify which currency you use.

Service is a little slow, but overall like the items. Just wish they were not made in China.

I was not able to make up my mind, I liked that I could wait and choose and look at everything over the course of two days! Love all the selections. It took a while to receive my items, and they all came at different times, so I am not sure if I got everything or not as some items were discontinued after I placed my order. The sizes were note exactly on track. I thought because I was ordering oversea's that I needed to choose a larger size and that was not exactly the case all the time with what I purchased.

Shipping took to long. Was not satisfied with the whole experience.

It is ok but because of exchange on money never sure how much the total will be till I get to the end. Also the sizes are like a guess in the dark as they never fit like the size charts say they should.

Fair prices although not Australian dollars. Not bad quality

The quality of the sweaters is far form the picture in the website.
In the picture you can see a better quality but once you have the sweater in your hands the thread is very bad and in 3 uses the sweater became bigger and without shape.

Great. I am concerned that sizes may run too small. Hope it will be as easy to swap sizes as it is to order initially. Ill be a return customer if it is easy and prompt to return exchanges.
BUT. Received my order and fabric was skimpy and collars flat. Not quality construction. Shirts too long.

Clothes not the same at picture, at all. Bad return policy.

It's not like a picture. It's not de same colors and it's not look like what i see on the site. I'm a little bit desapointed.

I had a pleasant experience, and was very pleased with overall service. Shopping experience very user friendly. Prices were competitve. Products was satisfactory and lastly shipping was what I expected being it was shipped outside the U.S.

Excellent except how much do we have to spend to get free shipping? You show an amount & when I get to it, you ask for another amount to get free shipping. When does it stop? Thank you.
