Love the tops but the cost of exchanging is more than the product cost. Their home base is in China so returns must go there.

I love that there is a good variety to choose from.

I have been trying for an hour or two to place my order and pay with my American Express. I contacted the support centre, but haven't heard anything yet. The website would not accept the American Express card. I changed the payment to Mastercard and it immediately went through. I don't think this is a coincidence! I will keep this in mind if I ever think of ordering again.

I paid an excellent price online for my new dress, it is very little for such a good quality. Delivered on time. I'm very happy

These clothes are department store quality at half the price. I've ordered several shirts and am more than satisfied with every one. Nice material, colors are great as depicted in website photos, and fit as expected. My only complaint is I wish they had my size - XS shirts and size 4 pants/jeans. I would order so much more from them! I ordered size S shirts, so they're a bit loose on me, but love them anyway. I recommend you give them a try!

All tops were medium but only 2 fit correctly.
I chose Justfashionow because I loved the designs, but the one had a beige shirt with pink sparkles sleeves. Looks terrible. Not at all that was shown on the site

Wonderful choices of products, cost of shipping is too high. I can't always afford to purchase $99 of products to get free shipping.

This is my first purchase. I fell in love with a jacket, and so I ordered it in a 3X, the size I normally would wear. I was thrilled to get it, but after trying it on, it was just way too small. I contacted the company and asked if I could exchange it, and I was told the 3X was as large as it came. Instead of the hassle of returning it they offered me a 25% compensation, which really would have paid for the postage to return it, that's all. I am keeping the jacket in hopes I can find someone who will want it.

The items I purchased took over 2 months to arrive. When they did I was taken aback by the poor quality. The items look nothing like those advertised. The company also makes it extremely difficult to return items for a refund
