I received a dress from this company which had a faulty zipper on it. Lot of trouble trying to return same. Eventually went unto live chat and was told that JustFashionNow would offer 40% refund and that I would have to pay for shipping back to China.
Not at all happy. Surely if a garment is faulty, I should be entitled to a full refund. Oh well! I have learned an expensive lesson. I will not be buying from this company again.

Finally found the perfect top for an upcoming wedding, very pleased.

I ordered 5 dresses and one top. I didn't see any point in paying ridiculous shipping when I could just order a few more items. I had know idea what to expect.
To my delight. I followed the size chart for every item and they all fit great. One item was really bright yellow and I likely will give it away, and these are not clothes made to last several seasons. They are trend clothes and well they likely won't be trendy next year anyway.
I don't like the synthetic fabrics that you can't wash the fold lines out of in one washing, but that only happened with one dress. I didn't dry any of the items I purchased, not a necessary risk to take.
They are all as pictured and I am very pleased!

Are so tiny that now I can't rebutting it. I'm going to checkout alteration businesses to see what adding a zipper would cost.

Was very dissatified with products shoes did not fit right and blouse was too big. I wanted to send back for refund the shipping was as much as the purchase price bcause it was going to China. Had I known the product was from China I would not have ordered them. Very dissatified and will never order again. You did offer 5 percent refund and keep product so I took that which i have received $7. Something for an order that was about $54.00

Love this site, for sweaters and tops and shoes, but the dresses really run big and I am a small person, otherwise the choices are great! Beverley Collins, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA ******* Oh, by the way, the sales are great, but returns are a little difficult.

Shopping was easy and fun to look at all the clothes. Not always a good fit in size though.

Ordering is fine but it takes a long time to receive the items.

There was no size guide. I clicked on it and it only showed how to measure but didn't say anything about how to use those measurements to determine size

Sizes are smaller than what was ordered. Quality of fabric is minimum. Took longer than expected to receive order. And a replacement was sent instead of what I ordered that was now out of stock.

The product was good for the price I paid but neither the shirt nor the dress fit properly. I have contacted the email address listed for returns but have not heard back from anyone as of now. I am waiting to see where to ship the items for return.

Not only could I not fit the dress over my shoulders it is so tight around my shoulders your 3X is like a medium size here at 3X is for women that are 200 to 300 pounds not 90 and deceiving yeah you didn't explain that if I had to return it for any reason it might be caught at customs or there is a fee to get it back to you oh my God and you expect people to buy again and be happy with your product the merchandise was beautiful well done but oh my God you cannot fit into these bloody dresses not when you're 225 pounds you've got to regulate your sizing to America
