I'll never be able to use the stupid VIP credit I have. Every single shoe I put in my cart is "ineligible for international shipping." Seriously. I can't find even ONE thing I like that they'll ship to me, and so far I've picked five pairs of shoes. RIDICULOUS. At the very least they should have a site that only shows the items you can actually order. It's VERY frustrating to go to the work of choosing something over and over only to find you can't get it. I want my money back. What a joke for an online company.
Like most of the comments, I was signed up for VIP without knowing. They have been taking the money off my card. When I try and use this "banked" money I have no option too. I can't even find something to buy because everything I click on won't let me choose a size. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service, the live chat doesn't work. If anyone was successful at getting their money back please tell me how you did it.
Bought a pair of boots after I kept getting the promotional deal of 10$ on my insta non stop.
This is the third time they're trying to take 69.37$ from my account even after I blocked my previous card and got a new one.

I had gained weight from having a baby and was really looking forward to feeling great in new clothes. I used the size chart on the website to make sure I got the right fit. Usually I'm a large maybe extra large on some things. The site was telling me to buy XXL which I was shocked but wanted to find a comfortable wear. The clothes were so big on me. I'm so disappointed and everything looks so baggy. I heard exchanging is difficult with this site so not even sure I'm gonna bother with it. Just won't order again.
Started a return with this company due to bad sizing on my shoes, seemed easy enough, got a label, sent package. However this package was rejected by JustFab themselves and now I've been talking to someone for over an hour to get this figured out and I'm just getting the run around. What a waste of time and my money. Will NEVER use this company again.
Yes they have cute shoes at a good price. In Canada, you are being charged USD even though they are shipped from Canada.
I ordered a pair of shoes beginning of Nov. Size 8. I got them and in the box contained a size 6. I live FAR away from a post office so I had to drive all the way there to return them. No big deal. Got my exchange in the mail today. They were a size 8 but both of the right foot. Now I have to return them again! This also happened with my first order. I ordered a pair of boots and received a bag instead. Tried cancelling my membership today. I was told they would put my account in review and see if they can cancel it or not...
BEWARE! Justfab is just horrible for exchanges/returns! They put you on hold for lengthy periods hoping you'll give up. Agents need authorization to send return TAGS! Pathetic they cant do it without approval from supervisor. I was trying to exchange for correct size but after 4 calls I'm returning items instead! I would never recommend or shop here again. Why advertise easy exchange/return? Tell the truth and say exchange/return with HASSLE? I I have never seen such incompetence. Dealing with justfab is just frustrating. They also did not give refering person any credit as falsely advertised!
I've been trying to order the items in my cart for weeks and the order won't process. Tried to change payment info, won't accept it. Live chat= robot response. Signed up for the convenience, will probably cancel vip, I don't have time for this.
Unfortunately having been a customer for over a year and also becoming a VIP member I still would not recommend this company to anyone. I have ordered every type and style of footwear. I can say I have always received the correct order BUT the quality is awful and the sizing is definitely off. I would recommend that you go down a half size when you order. Now when they say that you can skip the month and not be billed this is true, but you have to do it between the 1st and 5th of the month. If you forget your billed too bad so sad. Then you are stuck with these member credits that are useless because when you go to use them you are still charged tax and shipping. Which if you are like me and live in Canada the conversion rate already sucks. I rate this company an overall 1 star because even when you complain the customer service is essentially useless. Their goal is to maintain you as a member so they can continue to rip you off.
When I joined this was a Canadian Company shipping from near Toronto ON. Then they moved to the US and now I pay USD which I am not happy about. Would like to cancel my membership but don't know how. No help from customer service, so I remember to 'skip the month' instead. Disappointed because I loved their product and prices (about $40 CAD). Now not so much.
I recently just bought a pair of boots but realized I purchased the wrong size ( prior to fulfillment) and so I chatted in as fast as I could and my issue was resolved within minutes. I don't normally write reviews but this experience was worth it... Now to stare out my window, ever day to see if the mailman has my boots.
I have been a VIP member for years with no problems. Today I tried ordering 2 items with my "member credit". This is because I forgot to log on and cancel for 2 months so I was charged $100 CAD. So i found 2 things I liked and tried to purchase with my credit. AFter explaining to the girl and ordering with her I get off the phone to see my credit card has been charged the full price for the 2 items. After 2 hours of TRYING to explain to 4 different "consultants". I ended up with no clothing sent to me and $160.00 charged to me. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or someone that could understand what I was saying but kept being put on hold for long intervals. I am beyond frustrated and when I finally see my money returned in 5 to 7 business days... I am CANCELLING and never looking back. I have bought so much from them and have never had trouble but this experience has definitely turned me away. I will NEVER buy anything else or refer anyone else! Uuuuuggggh
Do not work with this company. First the boot arrived and the right shoe was stained and used. Then when I called the customer service rep the first time she said I would be refunded the full amount. When I received the refund, it was not the full amount promised. When I called the customer service the second time to speak to someone I was transferred to a "manager" who hung up on me. Never called me back. I guess the prices match the quality of the product and the quality of professionalism. DO NOT fall for the promises they make. It's a lie.
The boots I bought fit well and with the discount I felt I got my money's worth. However they do sign you up automatically for a monthly VIP membership which charged my credit card $55 dollars ($40US)
I am positive I "skipped the month" however it showed up on my credit card statement but hasn't showed up in my account on their website.
I have tried contacting them and nothing yet so far all the chat options just give you a robot response.
Worst customer service, their supervisor did not solve my issue. Very rude! He kept laughing as I was explaining the whole situation which was not receiving my order and it went back to them and them telling me my order is out of atock at the same time LOL

This site is AWFUL! They make it seem like you are getting a great deal when you purchase and automatically enter you into their VIP program in order to get a better deal - I bought a $9 pair of shoes. They continue to charge your credit card $39 a month and since im Canadian i was charged $56 for the "membership charge". They told me you have to skip this every month within the first 5 days or else you will be charged. They know very well that noone will remember to do this and are stealing money from people. This is CRAZY noone buy from this store. P. s the $9 shoes make my feet bleed.
Poor quality shoes, if you don't skip, you are going to be charged each month. But when you buy with your credits, you still got taxes and shipping to pay. So in total, basic sandals cost me like 70$ CAD. Totally not worth it, but I paid it just to close my account.
Just got my shoes and purse today... LOVE LOVE LOVE... purse was bigger then expected which was a bonus, great lining and compartments, can't wait for spring... my boots were exactly as pictured on the website, my only complaint was a notice put up for Canadian buyers that they would be charging us in U. S dollars. Very disappointing.
I have had a VIP membership with JustFab for over a year. I ended up with 6 member credits (39.95 USD each so over $300 CAD). I made a purchase of three items all of which were on sale (sweater for $10 USD and two pairs of shoes on buy one get one free which should have been $20). Instead of a total of $30 USD plus shipping I was billed for three full member credits ($120 USD, plus an additional 21 USD for shipping.
When I asked why I would be billed full price I was advised that member credits do not qualify for sale prices. When I asked for a refund for the final three credits (120 USD on my account) I was told refunds are not available.
I then asked what the benefit of the VIP membership was and I was told that you accrue points towards spending but the member credits do not work towards points. So basically, you are going to be billed 39.95 USD per month, not get sale prices AND not get points. Absolutely no advantage to this "half assed membership".
I've been buying from Just fab for just over a year now. There quality is pretty good. The $40 price for everything isn't really a great deal, because you can find some great stores in Canada, that have shoes for $25-$40. What I like is that there is no hassle to return items for whatever reason you don't like them. I usually get a store credit, to avoid the restocking fee for a refund. I like there pumps, because their boots [shaft] are always too big for my skinny legs. I don't think jewellery is worth buying from their site, for price to quality reasons. And I did not like the quality or fit of their jeans and shorts. Their customer service is good. I've had both good and bad experiences with them. I will be discontinuing my membership with them in the near future,
Answer: There might have been an "offer code" included somewhere in the email (it might have looked something like "firstorder75" or something of the like) which you would have had to key in during the checkout process. If there was no promo code, I'm really not sure what went wrong. The only thing I can suggest is reading the initial email over again carefully and if you didn't miss anything maybe contact customer support. Sorry, I wish I could have been more helpful. Good luck!
