I joined JustFab as a VIP member in July 2015 and received an email notifying me that I will receive this: 75% off first item promotion is valid for a limited time only. Offer redeemable for new VIP members only, members must opt-in to the JustFab VIP membership program in order to redeem offer. BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE 75% OFF THE FIRST ITEM?

There might have been an "offer code" included somewhere in the email (it might have looked something like "firstorder75" or something of the like) which you would have had to key in during the checkout process. If there was no promo code, I'm really not sure what went wrong. The only thing I can suggest is reading the initial email over again carefully and if you didn't miss anything maybe contact customer support. Sorry, I wish I could have been more helpful.
