I have been doing business with JTV for over 10 years. I recently made a purchase which the company cancelled the order due to an address confusion. They were happy to replace the order for me with a price increase. No customer service matching the original price. Didn't realize it was such a problem to accomodate the consumer. No problem will find somewhere else to shop. No wonder the company has such a low rating.
Ring purchased by my mother for my birthday, stone has fallen out twice, and then my finance bought a ring and a stone fell out too. Had to have repaired at jeweler because was purchased over 30 days before, Christmas gift is why. The jeweler informs me the gem in my ring isn't what was advertised its a cheaper gem sapphire that's the color of the stone advertised. Pure lies and crappy craftsmanship not worth the savings if you have to worry the stones will fall out or being real all I can say is... BEWARE!

I returned two items to JTV and was only credited for one item. I called customer service and they ask that I wait until next week and see if the credit shows up. I am really confused because both items were in the envelope that I mailed to them, now I am scared to order anything for fear that if I decide to return I will not get the credit. I am a new customer and this has really turned me off from ordering anything. I would be interested to know if anyone else has had this problem.

I bought an aqua marine ring. A few months later a stone fell out. Inside the setting was painted aqua marine color. They always talk up the (rich) color of their "gemstones"? I guess so. Very disappointed. I feel hood winked.

I was ordering a 10 k rope chain and they kept hanging up on me! I called back. The order was down on file just waiting for payment. Upon trying to pay, it was rejecting my credit card and the agent told me it was sold out! I told her that my order was already submitted and a "I'm sorry" is all I got. They had taken my order out and sold it to someone else! What a poor way to do business! They had already taken all my credit card information! I had been a faithful customer through the years! Rude hanging up. Rude removing my purchase and it was supposed to be a birthday present to me from my husband!

Stones fall out of everything, I have one ring out of about 10 that haven't lost the stone. Bali bracelet broke and they repaired, but only after posted a bad review. I still can't wear it because the flip closure opens every time it catches my sleeve it falls off. Bali ring and bracelet TARNISH so badly, has to be constantly cleaned. Charolite ring, stone fell out right after purchase. Bella ring stone fell out, Bella bracelet and earrings broke right after purchase. It's a real shame because I like watching and I like the hosts, that's why I have continued to give them the opportunity to do better, but they haven't. Most of the jewelry is made in China

I bought many loose gemstones many years ago. I bought singles and pairs in Burmese rubies, pink sapphire, tanzanite, etc. I took a pair of oval Burmese rubies to get one mounted for a ring. I was told that both were garbage pretty much. They had cracks that when heated for mounting, would have destroyed them. Plus, I was told that cut was off. The show talked a good game and I was so foolish to have wasted all of the money that I did on these loose gemstones.

I bought a ring that was retailed at over 7000. 00 Their price was 2250. 00 Now I see it for 900.00. I considered this ring junk! I will not wear it.If you shop this site be careful of their jewerly. When I got the ring I thought it looked cheaper then it was worth. Why did I not send it back that's a good question. Ordered a diamond ring from their site, and one of the stones were smaller and set down from the prongs. I can test for diamonds at my job, and that stone turned out not to be real. They sell fake stones for diamonds. Be a wear!

I placed an order but had issues with my credit card so I called the bank & finally got it straightened out. I then was able to place my order and customer service told me that the money would be taken out before they shipped me the merchandise. My account was finally charged and I knew that the order was on its way I could not wait! Unfortunately the order never arrived, they in fact said that they had cancelled my order. They would not give me a reason and they did not give me a call to let me know that this has been done. I was waiting all this time for something to come in
The mail that would never arrive. To beat it all they would not refund my money that they had taken from my bank account! Horrible Practices!
I bought a diamond ring for my wife March 6th 2009. I gave it to her on our anniversary April 8th 2009. In 3 weeks the diamond fell out and was lost. I did not know what they could do for us but we sent it back for repairs. They returned the ring with a letter saying we took the ring to someone else who ruined it. Why would I do that? I paid 900.00 for this ring. If they at least fixed the ring and gave me a good deal on a replacement diamond. I would have accepted that. This is 900.00 down the drain. Do not buy from them. If you most, insure it right away and have it appraised. Do not trust these company.

I had a few pieces that i have returned but overall i have kept most of the pieces I have purchased. My only complaint regarding JTV is on television the pieces appear larger than what they are. So when get your order its looks smaller than what you viewed on TV

I have only been watching jv for a short time. They claim many of the stones that are sold are rare. So I go to amazon and ebay and find the gems sometimes in great numbers and in real sliver and gold for less. So check out other sites before you buy from jv!
I have had no trouble with JTV and am pleased with everything that I have gotten. I do wish that they would write the name of the stone and the carat on the box like they used too. I also noticed that they changed their packaging and it is a little hard to open. I liked the last packaging better. No complaints from me. I love the turn tables and am glad to see them back.
I ordered a 2K+ diamond pendant from JTV on August 18,2023 and still have not received same. It was sent via USPS and supposedly was delivered today but to an agent for final delivery. It is now 6:15 pm and it has not been delivered. What kind of company sends such an expensive item through the US postal service. That is truly stupid and irresponsible. Do Not shop JTV.

Very disatisfied with paying a high premium cost for over night delivery. I still have not received this product and may not be delivered until sometime next week. Yes, I did speak with one of their "Customer Care" persons and not once was I offered a shipping refund. Her attitude was an "Oh well...". Should have gone with the free shipping and handling and probably would receive the package the same delivery date. Despite wanting the items, I will refuse delivery and have the items returned to JTV. From this point forward I will use a different shopping network and severe all ties with JTV. I refuse to do ANY business with them!
I ordered from JTV for the first (and last) time. I used a code that said I would get $25 off an order of at least $50 AND receive a $10 Kroger gift card in the package. The ring I bought is beautiful but I did not get the gift card. Customer service told me I used the wrong code- but I entered the one on the flyer and I got $25 off so how was that the wrong code? I would be very careful ordering from this company.

Stay away from this jtv jewelry bull! Products are so inferior its a shame they are in business. Rhodium over whatever wears off, so does the gold. My jeweler warned me, but I didn't listen I was sucked in. Most of the rings if not all have been thrown in the basket. Thousands of dollars in the waste basket. The diamonds are dust that hit the floor when quality diamonds are shaped. Gemstones are cloudy. None of these host know anything about jewelry they try to come off as experts. If you haven't seen Misty & Nikki your really missing something. Gilfriend Friday is a joke. They dress so ridiculous for professionals. You could turn them both upside down and use their hair as mops. They are the only two. I ever saw that have orgasms when presenting this junk.

JTV used to try to make you feel like family. All the things that made their programs special are gone. They axed favorite designers (Janyl Sherman, Artistry of India, etc) without even a thank you and proper sendoff. They've cut customers favorite programs (gemstone shows, The Morning Mix, special pre-recorded Christmas show, the JTV exclusive Holiday Ring, Rockafellas, etc). They've made all the hosts stick to canned format (the price drop dance "No, it's not $799 or $699 or $549..." and the countdown "we're down to only 49, 48, 46,...) Just looks awkward. Yes some hosts do it effectively but others look uncomfortable. Why not let them be themselves? So much more personable. If you want everyone to sell the same way you may as well hire robots. I miss learning about jewelry & gemstones. I do like their return policies. And their customer service has always been exceptional.

Answer: As a longtime shopper, I can vouch that the gemstones are real. If it's a lab-created version of more expensive gems (i. E. Lab Emerald, Lab Ruby, CZ, etc), the title & description will reflect that. Although quality control is hit & miss, I've tested/appraised hundreds of stones from JTV & haven't had any issues with authenticity. Their treatment disclosures are pretty good for the industry. Might I suggest perusing eBay, too? Lots of resalers (like me) can offer better prices on legit stones & jewelry... plus you get the benefit of knowing your seller has already checked for cracks, chips, etc. To be safe, only buy from US sellers & ask questions to ensure they can respond with some knowledge about their goods. Answer: I have several pieces of Moissanite set in Platineve and have not had any problems. I've had some of my pieces for a few years and am happy with the way they have held up. Moissanite is more expensive than CZ's and I wouldn't expect anything less from Charles & Colvard to set these stones in to. Hope this helps!
