1st. The site is impossible to navigate! You have to click on the ad 3 times just to get the actual price unlike Airbnb, where it shows on the very 1st page, with all the listings, the nightly rate & your total price so that you can make a decision quickly.

The prices are $300-$550 more than those on Airbnb due to all the fees (which are more than the nightly rate it shows & is false advertising). The property owners are adding on outrageous cleaning fee $150 to $200! + plus administrative fees, service & booking fees etc. Probably because VRBO charges them an outrageous amount.
** I own a Cleaning Service & 1. ALWSYS leave every place cleaner than the actual maids left it & 2. It would only take 1-2 hours to clean a place this small in a messy state! **
(The owners are pocketing this money)
I belong to some Facebook groups for cleaners & a VERY common question from people is:
"I noticed on the Airbnb or VRBO website that the homeowners are charging a lot more for the cleaning than they are paying me, how can I bring this up to them?" So yes, they profit from this "fee"!

As well, the "Customer Service" is really bad and I was even hung up on trying to find a cheaper place as the lady whom I spoke with didn't want to help me AT ALL (only interested in booking, if I already had a property number, but not actually helping me locate a less expensive place!). I only want a small studio. I'm not paying more than $700 for 3 days that's ridiculous! Much less the $881.44 or $1136 & change the one place charges with deposit ($936 + before deposit)

I Will NEVER stay at a VRBO!

Your website is absolutely atrocious!
Why would you give instructions through support page to recover 4 digit password when you follow those instructions, go to 'my account' & it just keeps sending you in circles and is of no help!...?

Most horrendous process just to try to pay a bill!
My husband's
(PS. His phone is still not on AND he could lose his job for not having his phone because his employer needs to call him constantly to give him updates on jobs/ ask questions etc.)

First: you cannot talk to a customer service agent through chat support without signing in

B/S! So whenever the username & password they have for you does not go through your screwed!
(and they're extremely inconvenient by not letting you know which one is not correct they have to just give you a standard scripted "sorry the passcode and username combo that you have entered isn't what we have on file."). Try to enter the 4-Digit passcode that's no help either why the hell do I have a four digit passcode if you're not even going to let me use it to get a new password why do you have to text it to the phone?

Question: who are all these strangers trying to pay by phone bill? And why don't you let them?

There should be a simple way to pay someone's phone bill without having to be asked a hundred questions!

Second: you turn my husband's phone off without sending him a reminder text that it was due
So. Therefore his phone's off he cannot text me the damn passcode that you are sending to his phone HELLO!? How am I supposed to pay his phone bill without the damn code!.?

Third: *611 won't work from my phone
I don't know what's going on with verizon but this is ridiculous!

Fourth: the customer service number is no help!
Because they do not have an automated system to speak into now, and whenever I push my response it will not pick up which number I am pushing and hangs up on me! 6 Damn Times Now!

Real effing great customer service!

Fifth: fill out an online request for customer support to contact you back and what happens.? You pick up the phone and it's ringing &. It's sending you back through their stupid system that cannot pick up which buttons you are pushing for your response
Ha ha horrible joke!

I have already cancelled my phone service through Verizon &. Now I'm going to persuade my husband to do the same (as soon as he gets home!), NO MORE!

Actually, I'm the 1 that pays the bills.
We're Done!
We are switching phone company TODAY!

PS. Their phone service is not that great anyways
My husband does not even get a signal at our home he has to be at the end of the driveway

One of their representatives told me before that they make their phones to not get such great service anymore after they are so old so that you have to buy a new phone, I believe this is true!

I ordered a pillow for my disabled/sore back & neck from Core Products and the shipping was Great! It arrived earlier than I expected & was told it would, the product was of good quality, and the sizing chart telling which one will work the best for you, based upon measurements, was accurate!
Great Experience! & Customer Service!
Really looking forward to a good night's sleep.
(fingers crossed!)

PLEASE, take my word for it and do not order from this site unless you are okay with wearing cheap, torn clothing!

You also cannot trust the reviews on Trustpilot!
This company had my review removed from the site as I am sure they have done with others!
I'm assuming because I did not have an order number? Or continue responses with shady co?

They are also doing a REALLY poor job writing their own 5 Star reviews! Some are even copied and pasted (twice on the same review) by accident I'm assuming?
They are trying to cover up all the negative reviews, but trust if a company is capable of giving this type of service then that is the type of service they give! Regardless of how many FAKE, 5 Star Reviews they are able to write themselves!

Took advantage of Teenager!
My Granddaughter ordered 7 things from this site for Christmas (2 years ago), only 4 showed up and none of them were the correct items and were also not even the same color as what she ordered!
She says looks like cheap knock off, not as picture showed at all.
We were charged for all items.
Arrived in dirty bag, no paper, receipt, Nothing!

Updated Review:

You Flagged me for removal because I didn't leave order number. Really!?
All makes since now, you don't put receipt in the bag so that the customer has no record of purchase, or the order number, and you get to remove all the negative reviews. Genius! LOL
I don't have order number because you sent us nothing! Items weren't even wrapped in tissue.
SOME Items did FINALLY arrive (2 did not), but 1 shirt was ripped, they were wrong sizes (EXTREMELY Small!) and they were Bootleg knock offs, also received the wrong colors, and items were not what was in the photos online at all!

Example: 1 item was to be a leather jacket
What arrived?
An Ugly, brown polyester coat that stops just under her breasts.
The ripped shirt was torn right across front so is useless and can't be sewn.

She did like 1 shirt but it was red and was to be black (red wasn't even an option in this style)

BTW. Teenager doesn't think to write anything down when ordering online...

Lesson Learned, NEVER AGAIN!...
We have no order I.D. because she forgot the password to that email address, the one used...

The worst company to try to deal with or contact!

Why.? Because they do not want to talk to u!

The Support ID is no where to be found!

I'm not a dumb person, it's not there!

You Can't Talk to them without it by phone

My website isn't working & you can't do anything on the mobile site!

Total B/S!

Use someone else.

As a customer for this last year my sites font, colors and format were constantly screwed up!

While logging on to pay & update credit card info realized

I missed out on 2 clients

Because they never emailed the form the customer filled out for an estimate!

Bull $#*! Service!

I'm going elsewhere, didn't have this many issues with Vistaprint (at least they would make changes, when I don't have a computer)

Wix Refuses to help u out!

Please do not review if you are affiliated or have a conflict of interest with this website. I placed an order but had issues with my credit card so I called the bank & finally got it straightened out. I then was able to place my order and customer service told me that the money would be taken out before they shipped me the merchandise. My account was finally charged and I knew that the order was on its way I could not wait! Unfortunately the order never arrived, they in fact said that they had cancelled my order. They would not give me a reason and they did not give me a call to let me know that this has been done. I was waiting all this time for something to come in
The mail that would never arrive. To beat it all they would not refund my money that they had taken from my bank account! Horrible Practices!
