When I called over 7 times order placed 4/4. I finally 2 weeks later got form to fill out and still nothing! They said no refund guaranteed. They take your money, quality sucks, c/s is aweful. Will never order again from here! I wanty refund now not in a month!
I ordered a turquoise pendent in early April and kept it for Mother's Day. I wanted to show my daughter and she noticed a stone was missing. I called and it had to be sent back by May 3 so I looked for the box and in the little plastic bag I found the stone. I do not think items are checked before being sent out which is disappointing. I have ordered rings which I the find out they catch on every thing. Why are they not checked before being sen. I am almost afraid to order any more jewelry from JTV
I have probably ordered over 150 items from JTV. Occasionally I have returned an item. Sometimes because it didn't fit, sometimes because I didn't like it, once or twice because of a defect. I have never had a problem with a return; however, I am very careful to keep my paperwork together and I always return things in their original packaging. If there is a defect I include a note describing the problem. Customer service agents have always been friendly and polite. I have been treated with respect and in a manner that let me know my business was appreciated. Folks complaining about the quality of the jewellery need to remember It's products run the gambit from very expensive, high quality diamonds and gold to stimulants set in fairly inexpensive metals. As from any other business you will get what you pay for. I have excellent success wearing their jewellery. I enjoy watching their shows and listening to the hosts.

I bought item DOCZ695. Beautiful blue opal with spinal band. About 3 mos. Ago. Not long after it went from blue to green. And I mean green. Should I call Customer Service ( its been about 3 mos.) If you order gemstones in sterling silver you'll probably be satisfied. If you order in 10k or 14k you won't unless you've spent hundreds to thousands of dollars.The gold is thin and cheap. They show good quality items on Air, but send lesser quality to buyers. The White Diamonds are usually not good quality when Misty says they are. Misty is my favorite as she has personality, however doesn't speak proper English. Prices change constantly and shipping is high. I love JTV but in many ways I'm very disappointed too.

I worked at JTV, and all the negative comments here are spot-on. Hosts show the best items on TV, and you get whatever they grab first in filling the order. JTV inspects only 20 percent of its inventory. So, if they have 1000 of a certain ring, only 200 are looked at. Chances are, you are going to get one of the other 800 no one has even touched, and given most of their items are from China or Taiwan, what kind of quality do you think is present? Junk. And all of these responses from Tim M, the CEO, yeah right. I guarantee he doesn't write them. He wouldn't waste his time on something so trivial. They're canned replies a flunky types.
This website and TV channel is fantastic! I have been buying their jewelry for 27 years. The jewelry is beautiful and their prices are much lower than other websites. They also have a 30 day money back guarantee of your purchase price, and around Christmas time you can return items untill January 31st.

I have shopped with JTV for at least 16 yrs. In the beginning the quality was great. I have quite a lot of really nice jewelry from them. But I find in the last year and a half the quality has gone to the toilet. I just received a necklace today, they talked it up as Kingman turquoise it is little chunks the size of a pea, and is marked as the origin being Hong Kong. I won't send it back because I would have to pay the shipping and it is not worth it. It really looks like it was made in Jewel school. I canceled my account a couple of weeks ago because some one hacked my credit card and I was told by the bank that JTV sells our info.

I placed an order 3 days ago. Received the email confirmation, order number, sent payment, etc. 3 days later I am checking the status of the order, and it showed cancelled (as well as refunded). No explanation. I called customer service and they told me the ring I had ordered was "damaged" so they had to pull it from stock and they did not have any more. Poor communication, and extremely lame excuse as to why I am not receiving the ring when at the time of ordering, the ring was not even being featured live. I have been waiting for this ring to be offered on flex pay and after checking the availability, I was finally able to order it. How disappointing! I once ordered a ring that had to be ordered 3 times because it was "defective" and no one had even looked at them before they were sent. Again, disappointing. I have invested a lot of money in finer jewelry with JTV... will not recommend JTV to anyone.
I purchased a ring on 11/8/2020 recieved on 11/17/20 on 11/27/2020 it was on sale for half price they would not do any kind of adjustment because that is only good for m2 weeks and it took a week to get it. Poor customer service anywhere else you have 30 days the supervisor was not helpful just said over and over nothing we will due now. I have spent alot of money will cut up card and never by from them again. Buyers be ware!

I ordered the ruby band ring on rhe 15 of May seen it on live tv. It has 7 rubies in the sterling silver band. I received it today on the 18th and it's more gorgeous in person I just love it. I have been shopping on their site for about 2yrs. Most of the stuff I bought was of good quality. I returned a diamond ring due to not having much sparkle. No problem getting my money back in a timely manner. I did have a diamond ring with small stones and 3 of them fell out. It was too late to return, so jewel safe is the best option for more expensive items. Their moissanite rings are beautiful! The platineve setting is very nice and looks expensive and is nickel free. I continue to buy from them to this day. Great customer service and nice products for the most part.
I recently ordered 3 items from JTV to " try on"...and found our that free shipping is not free if you return it's. Actually, the shipping charge each way is billed against your refund if you return something that's poor quality or you don't like.
The Try it for 30 days offer...and free shipping is an expensive come on. It cost me $11.00 to order and return a 27.00 item that was advertised as having FREE shipping. When I called to ask for full refund and an adjustment I was still charge 6.99 per item for the return. Furthermore, when their express ordering didn't work and I was required to order each item separately,bI was not able to bundle items to qualify for the free shipping over 49$ offer. Also, I was sent two of the same item one of which I didn't order and charged for shipping on both though they came in the same package. Finally I ordered a pair of pearl earrings for$ 50+ and several wearings after the pearl fell off of one of the dangle.

I surf several channels on my TV. It was just after midnight 12/20/22, when I landed on JTV. A women was showing diamonds and I have to tell you, I wouldn't by Anything from her! She has on a sweat shirt, no make-up, hair stringy and unwashed and looks totally unkept! I have been going to Jtv since they started on TV and NEVER saw someone with total disrespect for the company they work for like she was. She's selling diamonds? I wouldn't buy a toothpick from her, much less a diamond. It's probably fake anyway. What is JTV doing? Looking at her photo, would u buy anything from her?

I ordered a white diamond ring that she claimed was beautiful only to have my jeweler laugh at the grade of the stones.
And that counting down of quantity left drives me crazy

Jtv sucks! Got a bracelet for my wife and it fell off while she was wearing it. The clasp is made of an inferior material and my jeweler said that it is to soft to stay closed. When I called they offered me a crappy $8 discount, it costs me $20 to have it fixed!
I do not understand all the negative reviews. I have been incredibly happy with the products I have bought from JTV, as well as their customer service,
I have spent thousands with them, and have received beautiful items, always at way under market price. I know, because I have had my jeweler of thirty plus years look and appraise them, he is usually floored at the prices I paid.
You do have to be a savvy shopper. You need to know something about gems and what to look for, you need to understand settings and mountings, and you need to be selective about what you buy. Also, you absolutely must add the JTV warranty. Everything I have needed to have repaired has been done in a timely and professional manner, so I would never take a chance and buy something without the warranty.
I am so happy with JTV, their products, pricing, customer service, vast selection and ease of use, that I rarely buy jewelry anywhere else.
They get a resounding five stars from this happy customer.
While the shipping is fast, they have many hidden fees for international shipping. I paid 94 dollars for my product which was a fair price. Then I got charged over 61 dollars in taxes and duty brokerage fees from the shipping company they used. I understand paying government duties but the 34 dollar brokerage fee was something I have never paid before. Totally blindsided.

I have been buying from JTV for about Three to Four years, I NEVER had an issue, and never sent anything back. Just received a 36 inch long stand of pearls, they are gorgeous! Can't say enough on how beautiful they are. A few months ago I ordered and 18 inch strand, they were gorgeous also. I also love JTV's black spinel, it's so sparkly, and rich looking. I am glad I found JTV, love watching all the host, most are very knowledgeable, on all the jewelry.

Answer: As a longtime shopper, I can vouch that the gemstones are real. If it's a lab-created version of more expensive gems (i. E. Lab Emerald, Lab Ruby, CZ, etc), the title & description will reflect that. Although quality control is hit & miss, I've tested/appraised hundreds of stones from JTV & haven't had any issues with authenticity. Their treatment disclosures are pretty good for the industry. Might I suggest perusing eBay, too? Lots of resalers (like me) can offer better prices on legit stones & jewelry... plus you get the benefit of knowing your seller has already checked for cracks, chips, etc. To be safe, only buy from US sellers & ask questions to ensure they can respond with some knowledge about their goods. Answer: I have several pieces of Moissanite set in Platineve and have not had any problems. I've had some of my pieces for a few years and am happy with the way they have held up. Moissanite is more expensive than CZ's and I wouldn't expect anything less from Charles & Colvard to set these stones in to. Hope this helps!
