I purchased a ring in May of 23. I paid around $70 for the ring. Within 2 months a stone fell out of the ring. At first they were not going to replace or fix it but they finally agreed to do it. They had the ring for a month. I finally received it back and after 2 more months, the same stone fell out. I reached out and they told me to send it back and they would fix it again. I received the ring back without being fixed and they said they were done fixing it. This is not good customer service. I would expect it with a $20 ring but not at $70. I have bought other jewelry from them over many years, but never again.
The Off Park red clutch arrived and it was so so much smaller than the others I have purchased. I decided to return it and was told that I was not entitled to receive a return label and was up to me to ship it back from EastCoast of Canada. At a cost of over $25.00+
And then asked if I was satisfied with the customer service I received LOL. Are they kidding.? This is a disgrace to out of country purchasing from them. Be careful when you buy from them. You will pay to ship it back not them, with no re-stocking fee but USA do pay them a re-stocking fee. Honestly such nonsense.

To me, they are sleazebags. They have new Smart Labels, which you can use to return items. But beware. If you get something in the mail that is broken, damaged, or badly manufactured with obvious flaws,... AND you use a Smart Label to return it, they WILL charge you! This is especially true if you used a free shipping coupon when ordering the item. There are really no free returns with this company. Also, it may take 15 days or longer for an item to ship. Returns take up to two months to process, from the time you mail in the item to the time you finally get your money (partial money) back. JTV quality control is poor. They regularly send out damaged, chipped, and broken items.
I have been watching jewel school for over a year. Is JTV going to stop the show? It was on three days a week, then for Christmas they only had it on two days and now it is down to one day. I liked the show and I ordered a lot of stuff from it. I guess I will have to find something else to watch
I land on the JTV channel for mindless viewing when CNN and MSNCB has commercials. I think SNL, if they haven't already, should do a comedy sketch on the hosts of JTV as there is so much material to work with:^). I'm in agreement with you in regards to hawking their religious artifacts. But then again they are based in Tennessee and you know how much country folk love their superstitious myths. Lol. I have to laugh when one of the hosts say that I need to get one of their jewelry pieces in my life. I talk back and say " I'm picking up the phone now"."I'm dialing". When of course I'm not. Lol. I purchased a sterling silver ring from the Artisan Collection of Bali, item# SRA4040-7 on Sept. 27,2020. When my wife decide to wear the ring, it caused her finger to turn colors. My wife wears silver jewelry all the time, and it never happened to her before. When i contacted a representative of JTV, to explain what had happened, they informed me that the silver ring might have gone through a chemical processed. Is that a usual process for jewelry made of a precious metal such as silver? I also purchased a set of silver ear rings and a thick silver bracelet from the same collection. This was my first time making a purchase with JTV. I was not very pleased with the product for the money i spent.

The real reason for this green tint is because of the jewelry metal composition. Metallic abrasion from makeup is another reason why your jewelry could be causing a green tint on your skin. Couple years ago I brought this pendant from jtv 4/10/21 is day I wore it
Upon looking at it good I noticed the quality gets a big fat F the pendant is not aligned up right. Ithought I was tripping thought my mind was playing tricks on me, Until I had lunch with a friend all of sudden she lean in toward me she said pretty pendant but is not line up right. She notice it too I took it off at that point. It is a pretty pendant that can I never rock it again. Pay attention to the jerwerly always return it if you don't like I am stuck with it had it since 2018 never wore til 2021. I still will shop with them i will just pay close attention before I trash the receipt.

Returned two items for EXCHANGE. Both times I was charged for the shipping. Websites clearly states that if EXCHANGING item you are not charged shipping. They tell you they want you to be satisfied but they don"t correct their mistakes. I tried emails and phone calls, I still do not have the purchased items.

Bracelet, broke after a few times of wearing. Rings, stone falls out, I am not going to even watch JTV anymore. Not buying anything from them because I work hard for my money, and cannot afford to give it to them. I am very careful with my jewelry and yet to have it break. I only wear it to work (in an office). I do not put it in chemicals, or wear when I am cleaning. I gently wear it and to have this happen. Not worth it, I am done with JTV

I wanted to give this company a try. My first order was a month ago. I was pleased with my purchase, I never received the new customer pack with the ring sizer. It took 3 calls to customer service to get the$20 cash they put on your account for new customers. I never received the face roller I supposedly won. I'll go back to my other online jewelers.

I've been buying from JTV for years! I have hundreds of items. I have noticed a number of items I have bought that are "gold over" have worn off. Both yellow gold and rose gold. Very disappointing. Will stick to strictly sterling from them for now on.

I seen a ring that I fell in love with one day watching the show. So I went online and ordered it. It came quickly and I was super excited. The very first day a stone came out. I was in love with the ring so of course I ordered another. That too fell apart I was disappointed. Not worth it.
After buying a wide band covered in little fake diamonds just to wear now and again for fun I sadly had to put it away,,, the little stones were glued in and were falling out I do how ever take it out now and again to show any gal that asks me about jtv jewelry,,, they take a look at the missing stones and dont order from them,,, I say it's a buyer beware sight
My delivery was not on time and was 2 days late after paying for overnight shipping.
My delivery was supposed to happen on February 13,2018 prior to Valentine's Day. My delivery is supposed to arrived February 16,2018. I am still waiting.

I purchased 2 rose gold bands at the same time. 1 plain and 1 with diamonds. I started to wear the plain band while holding the diamond band for my wedding band to match my engagement ring. Within a week my band turned yellow gold with no pink color left. I called customer service and they DID promptly take care of it and refunded me. I reluctantly just started wearing my wedding band and hoped it was better quality. It is also turming yellow gold after a few weeks. These were NOT listed plated but it seems they may be. Be cautious if you are looking for a nice pink gold these look good for a short time. I don't think they are pure.

I have been buying jewelry from JTV for most of the years they have been in business. RARELY have I had to return an item. And the pieces have arrived on time and any errors in payments have been handled quickly. I don't understand the complaints people have. JTV prices jewelry reasonably. Gold and silver prices have gone up thru the years, not their fault. I have rarely had a fault with the loose gemstones I purchased either. JTV has policies that are very good and fair in my opinion. Coated jewelry will change color if you have extra acid in your skin. THEN you need to purchase at least 10K gold items. I have that issue, not JTV's fault. If you are that picky about your jewelry, maybe you need to spend super top dollar and buy only from a Tiffany's like business. I would still recommend buying silver and gold jewelry from JTV. JTV keep up the good work!

I was trying to find some information about an issue i had with them and one employee told me 3 different things and i questioned him on this he hung up on me. I ended up talking to 2 other people one a supervisor and both told me different things and noone seems to know what they are doing. I will never do business and let my cutomers know about them as i also have a huge company and would of advertised for them and i told the supervisor this and he could care less. I guess they dont need customers.

Answer: As a longtime shopper, I can vouch that the gemstones are real. If it's a lab-created version of more expensive gems (i. E. Lab Emerald, Lab Ruby, CZ, etc), the title & description will reflect that. Although quality control is hit & miss, I've tested/appraised hundreds of stones from JTV & haven't had any issues with authenticity. Their treatment disclosures are pretty good for the industry. Might I suggest perusing eBay, too? Lots of resalers (like me) can offer better prices on legit stones & jewelry... plus you get the benefit of knowing your seller has already checked for cracks, chips, etc. To be safe, only buy from US sellers & ask questions to ensure they can respond with some knowledge about their goods. Answer: I have several pieces of Moissanite set in Platineve and have not had any problems. I've had some of my pieces for a few years and am happy with the way they have held up. Moissanite is more expensive than CZ's and I wouldn't expect anything less from Charles & Colvard to set these stones in to. Hope this helps!
