Wrong Time to Ask Me.

I just had a problem with a product sent and with JTV Customer Service. My rating would have been higher, if I didn't have this problem. It would have been lower, if Alex S. On JTV Chat had not been so helpful. I chatted with Alex S. After speaking with both a customer service rep. And a customer service supervisor. Neither of whom were helpful. I have been a JTV customer for 20 years, and have noticed that merchandise quality is often less than advertised. Additionally, customer service was much better in the past. I admit to being a fussy customer, and a jewelry junkie, so I may be partially responsible for my sometimes continued disappointment.

Junk jewelry
September 26, 2014

Junk jewelry. Purchased a ring and a prong broke off after 4 wearings. Customer service was not the least bit helpful. Since the ring broke after 30 days (40 days to be exact) they won't exchange or give me a refund. Worst customer service I've bee experienced.

Just received my Zultanite. What a disappointment! I've seen more color from a teabag that's been used over and over.

Just closed my account. Now I get to pay for the disappointing return-mail fee! So much fun!

My customer number was #*******. I've been a buying customer for six years. No more.

Very happy
June 24, 2022

I have been shopping with JTV for 9 months now and I have really enjoyed it. I keep the pieces I love and I return the ones I don't. They make returns easy with return prepaid mailing label and you can return for any reason. The shipping fee is deducted from the refund or you can mail it yourself. I especially love the pearls on the Precious World of Pearls and the Bella Luce line. I'm so happy I found JTV!

Just an FYI here.

This company refuses to stop sending solicitation emails. I originally unsubscribed via the email link provided. Ten days later I logged in to the account I originally created and changed my email address. Seven days after that, I reached out to their Customer Service- this was done. None of these options have stopped the emails from arriving.

This site has a corresponding television channel. Prices are low but then you do get what you pay for. It's nice if you have loose stones or a setting that needs a stone. You can get something nice for not much money and put together just what you want. I bought a nice gold ring setting that was "snap lock," I popped my stone right in and did not have to take it to a jeweler. Unlike the other shop-at-home channels I look for jewelry on (QVC, HSN, ShopNBC) this one is jewelery and jewelry supplies only, and is not as slick or polished as the others. It's the cheapest though, and also has a lot of loose stones, which the others don't.

I placed a new order, my third order within 60 days to the same shipping address. I received email notice that my last order was cancelled. I called JTV to check on the order and was informed the shipping department cancelled and stated there was an error in the shipping address and they issued a order of cancellation. I asked why and provided the same shipping address as prior shipments and also confirmed my billing address. Apparently JTV has issues with minorities. Take notice and Do Not Do Business with JTV.

All my rings are great! I look as though I have thousands of dollars on my fingers. People comment on my jewelry all the time. It is my little secret to where I purchase my jewelry from. It is my gift once a month from my husband! I have never had any problems with any ring I have purchased. I wear it every day. I take a polish cloth once a week and do a little clean up and they look as good as the day I purchased them. I am so happy for the experience I have had. I can't believe the fast delivery. I order on Mondays and receive it by Friday. I am able to track my delivery by day until it arrives.

I ordered a bracelet and while I was checking out - it sold out. The fact it was in my cart and I was checking out did not hold the item for me. I reached out to customer service who said ‘too bad'. Very poor experience….

These people are sales people so they are out to sale but One of the host stated that the diamonds in the three thousand dollar ring are the same in the cheaper rings and they never give the grading of the diamond. So buyer beware. I pick and choose what I want to keep and send back what I don't like Never a problem with refunds or customer service

Bait and switch

I purchased a sleeping beauty turquoise ring. The ring I received did not look like the ring that was on TV and online. It was a very, very dark color. Sleeping beauty is a very light color. I feel they are deceiving people.

Please do away with the Rockafellas and Girlfriend Friday. The men are totally Goofy, overweight and not believable. As for Friday night gals, Blondie and Misty need to dress in accordance to their age group. They are well over the 30 age bracket and stop preening their hair. Fakes!

Do Not buy Bella Luce SterlingTennis bracelet

I purchased Bella Luce Rhodum Sterling tennis bracelet and the clasp
Was loose on the first one. I returned it to be repaired or to get a new one with a tighter clasp. To no aval the same thing happened and I ended up losing it. So I'm paying for something I no longer have. I recommend you purchase the insurance If you do purchase it.

I have been buying from JTV for two years now. I believe they have improved their operation. I have had only one problem with a ring out of all of all of the items I have purchased. They have treated me very fairly with any problem I had. I like buying from them.

DON'T DO IT!

DON'T DO IT! I purchased 4 items with expedited shipping (an extra $40) because I was leaving for vacation in 9 days, and needed the items in the 1 - 3 day window promised for the expedited shipping price. Only 2 of the items were received in the 1 - 3 day time frame. One arrived on the 8th day. The other (of course the most expensive) had not been received by the time I left, As I was going on vacation, there was no one to receive it. Several days prior to my departure, I called the company, in hopes they could redirect or hold the package, got an answering machine, left messages, but never a returned call. I emailed, and the only response I received was an email telling me that the 2 packages I had already received were shipped - a fact which I already knew. I want a refund of the $40 expedited shipping charges at the very least, and if the final package is not there when I get home, I also want a refund of that cost.

I have ordered many jewelry pieces from JTV and have returned them all. They have the cheapest and crappiest products, that don't resemble in anywayhow they appear on TV. JTV claims to "choose the best stones, that are hand chosen (each stone) for their jewelry that are assembled by hand by master craftsmen." What a bunch of crap! Their products are mass produced in China. If choosing 0 stars I would!

Not happy that host Jennifer on the show said the word holiday and not the word Christmas, she could have said the word holidays referring to the other holidays. She said for the fall and then she said for holiday. I thought that I heard it before too from another host. Sounds like they are leaving out the word Christmas when she was talking about it. Really which "holiday" was she referring to?!

Beautiful jewerly

I have ordered at least 30 or more pieces of jewelry from JTV in the form of rings, earrings and pendents. I have been more than pleased with most every piece I have bought. Since you only buy jewelry for looks anyway all that I have bought is beautiful and looks real even if it isn't. And I love the colored stones, great quality at affordable prices. I really am constantly getting complements on my pendents especially. I would for the most part give JTV 5 stars but I have had 2 rings that have lost a stone but one I sent back and one is being fixed. And a few I have returned because the color wasn't quite the same as it looked on the computer but they were lovely pieces. This happens with anything you order on line. So to me it is a great place and I love the choices.
