I have probably ordered over 150 items from JTV. Occasionally I have returned an item. Sometimes because it didn't fit, sometimes because I didn't like it, once or twice because of a defect. I have never had a problem with a return; however, I am very careful to keep my paperwork together and I always return things in their original packaging. If there is a defect I include a note describing the problem. Customer service agents have always been friendly and polite. I have been treated with respect and in a manner that let me know my business was appreciated. Folks complaining about the quality of the jewellery need to remember It's products run the gambit from very expensive, high quality diamonds and gold to stimulants set in fairly inexpensive metals. As from any other business you will get what you pay for. I have excellent success wearing their jewellery. I enjoy watching their shows and listening to the hosts.
