Luv my purchases

I hav made many purchases from JTV and hav been very pleased with at least 95% of what I received. And ALWAYS get lots of compliments. Is some of it cheaply made. Sure. So yu hav 2b careful what yu order that's all. If I hav a complaint it would be the chains sent with pendants r razor thin. Would rather they just didn't send one than one that I cant wear.
Hav sent sum items back and NEVER had an issue with being refunded. Promptly

Jtv says everything they show is there favorite. They would make good actors. I bet any of them don't have that jewelry at home. Another situation, this is a extremely racist show. How many blacks or people of color have u seen selling jewelry on there show. R they scared that they r going to get rob?

Hello JTV... I have a few observations. I am a customer and a happy one at that... if I have a problem Customer Care is always there. But.
1. I wish fellow JTV customers would stop with their sarcastic comments about the hosts. These folks are doing their job and working hard... they are SALES people.
2. Customers should realize that sending an item 'just because' will COST YOU..

It was probably a pretty necklace. My valentines present was lost in the mail. According to UPS you often post electronic shipping notifications that are not attached to a physical package. UPS also said JTV also often claims to mail packages and never does. We either want the item or the money back, but you refuse to produce either one. My family orders several times a year and it's always a headache. This is going to be the last straw. Jtv contracts with UPS to be the exclusive provider with exchange that UPS carry the insurance on all the packages. This way JTV isn't paying the insurance premium or having to be responsible for lost packages. UPS will be paying us back not JTV and they may have never even sent the package. So it sounds like JTV got paid for the necklace from us. kept the necklace and blamed it on the shipping so UPS takes the insurance and never get investigated because its less than $100 bucks. You suck!

Hello Bonnie, we have a claims process set up in the event of a package that does not make it to a customer, all you have to do is contact customer service and ask them about it and they can get the process started for you. I love my new rings and I cannot wait to buy more jewelry. Great quality, warranty, flex pay; how can you not love Jtv? Only issue I had was the delivery. It seem like it took forever for my jewelry to come. I have another company I order from and my jewelry is delivered 2 days after I order it. Don't get me wrong, although Jtv seemed like it took almost 2 weeks, it was well worth the wait. Thank you Jtv from another satisfied customer.

Seeing Paula Deen last night on JTV really hit home for me. I used to buy lots of gems and jewelry from JTV. My recent order got lost and I had a terrible time with customer service to finally get my money back. So that made me think more about the whole company. I knew that Paula Deen was selling her jewelry after having been kicked off the Food Network for racist comments! But then I reflected, I don't see anything but white faces on the programs. I'm white and sometimes I forget to notice these things. But JTV seems to be doing nothing in these days of racial tensions to take a stand against racism. Many networks have not only hired more Black people and people of color but are also supporting their businesses. Where is JTV? Only conclusion: Racism reigns supreme there.

I have only been buying from JTV for about 7 months. So far I have been very pleased with my purchases. When I have contacted their Customer Care Services with questions. They have been extremely polite and helpful. I love being able to shop from home for items that I know are good and that can be returned if there are problems. I have no qualms about recommending JTV to my friends and family.

Bought a 2.7 carrot ring and was told it would arrive for Christmas well it didn't. Called and was told it would take a week. Strike one. When ring did arrive was in a cheap paper box. Strike two. I ordered gold over sterling and was also told it WOULD NEVER tarnish. Four days later ring started tarnishing you guessed it. Strike three. Called and was told i could send back to get redipped asked to speak to customer care or someone who could resolve issue person told me they would pass it along. Still havent heard from anyone and it the middle of January. Take my advise DON'T buy anything from jtv you will be sorry! Thanks jtv for nothing.

I used to buy a lot of gemstones and gem kits from JTV -- but took a break for a while - and when I returned to check them out, what a disappointing change! The station that I once trusted is pushing cheap, cheap, cheap jewelry with fake gemstones or really cloudy diamonds in sterling or 10k gold - like this stuff is the best thing since sliced bread. Come on now - not everything is "rare" or "gorgeous"!

I don't know what happened to the gemstone shows (I think they've moved them online) but the last time I tried to check them out online, there were so many technical issues that they had to cancel the show. I used to trust their gemstone experts and now these folks are hawking cheap, common gemstone jewelry.

I've been ordering from jtv for a couple of years.
Just recently the quality of the jewelry is poor. And for their customer service it's unprofessional. They have lost a good customer. I haven't spent a whole lot of money with jtv but I did spend I'm so sorry I ever did.
I returned I ring and look to see if they ever received it and they did. But I have not received the credit. So I'll just have to dispute with Amex. That's one thing I can say about my Amex card it does take of it's customers. No more JTV for me...

I am not defending JTV. Everything I purchase there has not been perfect - they have a generous 30 day return policy, so you can just send things back. I continue to shop because most of what I buy are excellent bargains and the prices are amazingly low. This is not a Tiffany's type jewelry channel. I've purchased some amazing things that are great quality, stones don't fall out, and I wear them a lot. Occasionally, a piece will arrive/develop a problem, as is true with all jewelry merchants. JUST SEND IT BACK!

Prices going up. Quality going down, FAST. Most of their products are now, CHEAPLY, made in China. And, when (not if) you return something, they keep enough of your money to cover their cost for the item and, then resell it at the price which you originally paid. Poor quality stones and settings. Mismatched and damaged stones. Dull and lifeless stones, including CZ., They send you just enough nice looking, good product to keep you coming back for awhile.

I have been shopping JTV since it was named ACN, and I'm very satisfied with everything! Surprised it's got a low rating, although yes since it's a huge channel now, you have to be a little cautious. I love it!

Ordered a 5.5 carat ring and received it on May 2015. However, in November 2015, due to a faulty prong, ( unknown to me) one small diamond fell out. I called JTV and they said just return it for repair. When it was delivered back to me I fully expected that the company had repaired the faulty prong and replaced the small diamond. The ring came back with the following information, " No stone available to repair". No other explanation was offered. JTV did not call me or seek to resolve the situation, they simply returned the 5.5 carat ring supposedly in the same condition in which it was sent to them. This company has your money and you have their faulty product. You have no recourse except to purchase an additional warranty to insure the ring. Had I purchased the warranty they could have helped me. I suggest you use a local jeweler that will stand behind your purchase.

Why does the stones keep falling out. The stones even fall out 1to2 days after receive it. Is this a trick for us to buy more. The insurance doesn't help any. Ps avoid the dock items. Also I wanted to buy a mystic topaz from jtv and my son found THE SAME ONE ON EBAY. He bought me one fro m ebay and saved over thirty dollars! Figure that one We are the fools and they fill their pocket

I have ordered many pieces of Jewelry and I am pleased with almost all of the pieces I have ordered, there were a few that were damaged in transit but overall my experience has been a positive one, I love the selection of jewelry and the value, my advice is to read All of the descriptions before you purchase.

Had to write an update. I quit watching for a while but I felt my previous review was a little harsh. There was a host who was talking about who she was praying for, and there are A LOT of crosses. The holidays there are Christmas, but not inclusive of other beliefs (and yes, some of the hosts really need a makeover/makeunder). They are in Knoxville, TN. That being said, I do buy some of their jewelry and I am usually pleased with it. If I'm not happy it goes back, which is a pain, but thats true any time you order something online.

Lately I've ordered a few items from JTV but half of them had to go back for one reason or another. I have been watching the channel a fair amount, but I had to turn it off because I can't decide if they're selling jewelry or the Christian religion! So. Many. Crosses! Crosses, crosses, angels, angel wings, Hand of God jewelry, etc. etc. And the hosts go on and on about their faith and who they're praying for... goodness! A little diversity, please! And I hope some of the hosts will update their hair and makeup, they're stuck in the 80's.

I got to wear them 3 times before they broke. They should call this company Junk Tv. I had to send the necklace back due to how cheap it looked and not laying straight on my neck. I will never watch or buy anything from Junk Tv again. BUYER BEWARE

A ring I liked was advertised at a clearance price of $179.99. I was going to purchase it but waited just a few days. When I looked today they had raised the price to $$229.99. When I did a live chat with them they wouldn't stand by their earlier price. Look, either it's on sale or it isn't, don't bait and switch like that.

When I started watching JTV about 6 years ago I was quite impressed. I learned quite about gemstones and gem grading. But now they are trying to copy ShopLC as far as stalling on the final price. Some of the host abuse the audience with how far they take it. If I am interested in an item I try to see if it is in the budget. I loose interest and change the channel. Be yourself it would be better if you do.
