This ring was so pretty in the pictures, but i just felt like the gems didn't sparkle and the metal didn't look as good as I thought it would. I'm used to JTV quality, which is much higher IMO. If this has been half the price I might have kept it. The return process is just ridiculous. I called the toll-free number and discovered i had to chat someone online instead (i don't know what someone would do if they didn't have a computer). So i chatted service and she said i had to send a picture with the tag still on, so i did. Then she gave me the address to send it back after several other questions (such as, you're only returning one ring? That was all i had ordered.) So after I send this in the mail i have to send them the tracking number. Basically they treat you like a criminal for wanting to return something. Beware that you can't take the tags off, and you have to send it back with all the packaging, etc. Just go to JTV, you can wear the ring for 30 days and return it with no hassle if you decide you want to return or exchange it.

Had to write an update. I quit watching for a while but I felt my previous review was a little harsh. There was a host who was talking about who she was praying for, and there are A LOT of crosses. The holidays there are Christmas, but not inclusive of other beliefs (and yes, some of the hosts really need a makeover/makeunder). They are in Knoxville, TN. That being said, I do buy some of their jewelry and I am usually pleased with it. If I'm not happy it goes back, which is a pain, but thats true any time you order something online.

Lately I've ordered a few items from JTV but half of them had to go back for one reason or another. I have been watching the channel a fair amount, but I had to turn it off because I can't decide if they're selling jewelry or the Christian religion! So. Many. Crosses! Crosses, crosses, angels, angel wings, Hand of God jewelry, etc. etc. And the hosts go on and on about their faith and who they're praying for... goodness! A little diversity, please! And I hope some of the hosts will update their hair and makeup, they're stuck in the 80's.
