OMGOSH! I THE HOST, ESPECIALLY NIKKI R, GOES ON AND ON FOR 20 MIN BEFORE SHE SHOWS PRODUCT. I just want to yell please shut up! I don't care about the mines closing, i don't care how long you have been selling jewelry just show item describe it and go on!

Your refunds

I hand been reading about all of you worn refund problems, this is what I do, and i get results, first you call customer service and tell them that you want to speak to a supervisor, (a supervisor is ther only one who can give you credit to make things right) ther agent will ask you what is it concerning and will try to get you too tell them and then they will try to fix the problem, but they cant, I just tell them that I am a good customer, but a very unhappy customer and i want to make a complaint, that i don't wish to repete myself so its just best to have a supervisor call me back, they usually call in a day or 2, and I have my notes ready, and I will not hang up until I'm satisfied, and if they don't offer anything for my trouble, I make sure I tell them that I feel they should compensate me for my trouble, and they do, so stick to your guns, don't back down, and demand what you want until your satisfied. I don't agree with some of these problems. I have bought lots, lots. I did have to send a few back. But what I usually stick with is Charles Winston Moissanite. Love them.

JTV & Bella Luce & Charles Winston are excellent jewelry for the price-Vanna Whites jewelry- while are beautiful in looks but crap for cheap broken jewelry- I thought maybe I just had bad luck a few times- but all my friends & family have had the same junk jewelry jewelry from her- very disappointing :((

Low quality

I purchased necklaces that were supposed to be gold over sterling silver when cleaned with Tarmex they turned black. Took the necklaces to a pawn shop they were silver but not sterling.

Liiars and Thieves

Purchased a ring, pendant and earrings. Ring not fit. To small.
Was told to return ring and they reship correct size. Three weeks later inquired as to status and was told I had to return all items. BS. This is not what customer service agent told me originally. Nowring size sold out and I'm screwed.

Still no ring returned and wife upset we must return and never received our order back.

This is pure crap and JTV HAS CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN FROM JTV!

THEY HAVE POOR SERVICE AND AGENTS WHO LIE.

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP THIS SITE. They lie and will tell you anything to get your money. AVOID THEIR AUCTION SITE TOO it stinks, they cancel items that you have won just because they feel like it. The man who lost the diamond, I feel for you $900 down the drain, JTV does not care, that stinks. The reason they thought you did what they say you did is because they are crooks and do stuff like that. Try to file a complaint with the BBB, FTC or the Atty. General's Office... do something, don't let them get away with this.

Well I have not had a lot of good experiences with jtv. After order many, many items, which I did all on stretch pay, I get an email that my stretch pay had been revoked. Ok, what? Upon seeing what had happened, I immediately sent an email explaining that I had to turn a cred card in for fraud, false puches I had not made. One item was on jtv that was on that card. They also had my debit card which all my other purchases were on. I explained that I didn't tell them about the credit card because they had my actual bank card information they were already using. Got that fixed and continued on with my payments. Now as of today, after making all or having a couple payments left of many purchases.I try to sign into my account, my purchase and payment history is on there, and get a message that my account is closed! No email, nothing! I have spent several hundred dollars there the last couple month, and had planned on spending much more. But I'm done. I'll go to QVC or something because I'm not dealing with these people any more. It's ridiculous

Good and Great!

When I first got my little band, it was smaller than I thought and diamonds aren't the greatest quality. However I've gotten a lot of compliments and the way they mounted the ring it gets a lot of light. The price was around 290.00 so not going to fuss. Now when I ordered a silver dome ring in blue, white and champagne Diamond it was smaller than a size 8. But it's so beautiful and I knew what it was when I got it it's rhodium over silver so it may need to be dipped in a year or so. Really depends on your wear and also you can't wash dishes using certain soaps and bleach. So what I do is take it off to do my dishes or anything that may harm the stones or the metal. This is my 4th purchase from JTV, and not bad at all and I didn't purchase protection plan this time. My ABSOLUTE favorite is my Tsavorite Ring I purchased my self for my Birthday, it is beautiful. My Mother passed away and was a estate jewelry specialist and she would have approved…well not my cloudy wt 14k flower band due to the diamond quality. But over all it's been a lovely experience with Customer service and online service. Will be ordering in the future. Do your home work and really choose wisely so that you get what you want.

Rip off do not buy
July 19, 2018

I have bought several pieces from JTV. I've been happy with everything, except the jewelry doesn't really last, but it's relatively inexpensive. Recently, I wanted to replace a beautiful ring as the stones had fallen out. I had to buy a larger size, but when I received it, it was far too big. I immediately wrapped it all up, put in the package and sent it off. Later I got the ring back and a letter saying that they had received only part of the ring, which wasn't true. They obviously in receiving the ring back misplaced part of the ring. I sent the ring back a second time with a letter asking them to not charge me and keep this ring. Today, I received a letter saying that if I didn't pay the balance on the ring that they were going to send the amount due to a collection agency. I called and tried to explain that they didn't even send the ring back. They were wanting me to pay for a ring I no longer had. They didn't care one bit. I paid for a ring I don't even have because I don't want it to show up on my credit report. They are thieves and heartless with no customer service. I will never, ever buy anything from JTV again.

I had bought Bella Lucia back way before JTV even had it on TV I had bought it when they 1st was introduced it I have it in 14k carrot gold and I have a 14 carrot gold 2 carrot ring with a bracelet

I WILL NEVER EVER PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM!
I order a item it got canceled 3 times and said my debit card wasn't mine
Took 4 hours too keep my order! And took 3 weeks to get it when I ordered it a month before that. The service is awful! This lady was no help and very rude!

Thanks for all awful service!
My grandmother is a loyal customer and will never buy anything off the site

They are a sham

I placed an order for 2 rings for a Christmas gift on 12/8/2019. The money was charged to my account on 12/8/2019. I received an email that delivery would be 12/16/2019. When the package did not show up I called on 12/18/2019 inquiring about where the order was. I was told, after holding for 20 minutes, that they didn't know why the order had not shipped and it looked like it was stuck in their system. They told me they would call me back and offered to overnight the order. They never called me back and I called again the next day. Was told the same thing. They said that they would research it again and call me back. They did not. On 12/20/2019 I called back again. Was told that they would find out right away why my order still had not shipped. After being on the phone again for over 20 minutes, I was told that my order had been canceled while I was on the phone with them because they did not have anymore of the rings I had ordered. I never received an email stating that my order could not be filled. This was a special Christmas gift for my daughters and now I don't have anything and Christmas is 5 days away. I would never trust them. They had to have known that they ran out of the rings. Very disappointed and so very unprofessional. Buyer beware.

Jewelry bad quality

I purchase a Moisonite fire gold plated ring... all the gold from the back has gone. You can see the white metal. Poor quality would never buy anything from this j tv.
I paid $129.00 for this Ring.

I have made a couple of purchases from JTV and most are inferior. The customer service is horrible. One time it took 2 months for my item to arrive and just recently, after waiting 4 weeks, I contacted them and was told that it could take up to 6 weeks for an item that was paid with a credit card. I complained and a couple days later I received an email from jtv telling me that the shipment of my item had been further delayed and that it could take an additional 6 weeks! I feel they only did this because I had complained about slow shipping and there was no reason to delay shipping in the first place just because I had used a credit card, it was the same card that I have always used and actually is was a debit card and they had taken the money out of my account when I had originally ordered it. My theory is, is that they have probably let go of employees which would explain the extrememly slow shipping and then they use the excuse of having used a credit card. Everywhere else that I use that same card to order online, I receive my items in a timely manner and I feel that they are vindictive when a customer has a legitimate complaint with the shipping. I canceled my order and will never order from jtv again! P.S. When I ordered the item, it was in stock so there is really no excuse for their behavior. I guess they don't really care about their customers!

Disappointed

I have NEVER received any type of cash bonus. People that have been a client for even 3 days get bonus's. Gifts.
LDiamond earrings etc. what about those that have been a client for over 15 years

Use A Different Number 2 Get A Nice Helpful Customer Service Agent That Will Actually Help U!. I Had My Own Problems w/A Cor-De-Rosa Ring, Mucho Denero!
