I just wanted to take a moment and share with you how very happy we are with our purchases. My daughter absolutely loved her dress and it photographed beautifully in some recent family portraits we had made. This picture my husband took with his phone! I was excited to discover the Joyfolie site earlier this summer. Everything came so fast and we jumped on the sale items. One of our favorites was this orange dress that my youngest daughter wore to a wedding in July and my oldest daughter took pictures of her in it during a recent vacation in Wyoming. I ordered the zephyr jacket. I used the sizing guide and ordered a medium, it came and didn't fit. No biggie, I'll exchange for the size up. They have zero customer service, I had to put a letter in the package stating what I needed and spent $8 more shipping it back. I get an email that they've received it and are sending another but... I have to pay 7.99 more to get it. Ok I'm like sure. I get a large and it still doesn't fit only the arms were longer and now they don't have an xl and I'm not spending anymore in shipping, because I'll have spent damn near the cost of the jacket in shipping. Btw I'm 5'7" and weigh 160... a large in most brands is roomy on me. I would never shop with them again.

Currently shipping costs are the responsibility of our customers; however, If ever an item falls out of our size chart we will always take care of all arrangements to get you the perfect item. If we are not made aware of a sizing discrepancies, we don't know that a customer needs support unless they reach out. If I would have read these reviews before, I would have never ordered from this site. They do not reply to emails and their return policy is TRASH. The clothing is cheap, poorly made, and heavily overpriced. The lack of customer service does not help.

I ordered for the first time recently. 3 dresses, a pair of shorts, flip flops, pants, book bag, earrings and a speaker. All of the clothing is slightly different than the pictures on the website (not as nice looking/not quite the same colors). The shipping was fast! The material is fine but not as comfy or soft as it appears on the website photos. Pretty stiff, really. Doubtful if I'd order through Joyfolie again.

My husband ordered a ton of cute dresses for me for my birthday - all of which were size M and extremely large. I ended up having to return it because y'all have this bogus non return policy. He was asked to even have the bag it came in. Who keeps the bag after you open it? Anyways, I returned it for store credit and went to choose some other things. EVERYTHING I wanted was out of stock. I decided on a few shirts and a dress in a size S considering the M was way too large. Got my order and lo and behold, the S is ridiculously small. I am so disappointed with this company. Everything looks super cute online, but this stuff is cheap fabrics made in China. At first, I was so excited to tell everyone about Joyfolie because the clothes were so cute and now I just hate everything I've purchased from you guys. Nothing fits, fabric is thin and cheap and not as described online, and customer service is lacking. Worst experience I've had shopping online for clothes.

I've wasted a lot of money purchasing from Joyfolie. The return policy is horrible and sizing is strange so you must pay to return items to exchange (and its not cheap.) Many items are cheap, shipped in a plastic bag, which for the price I would expect more. Every now and then there is a nice item though. Hit or miss but for me, mostly miss.

I wanted to return a few items that didn't fit correctly for my daughter and it feels like jumping through hoops to get it returned (must be in original plastic bag, $7.99 size exchange shipping and you have to pay to ship it back!). It's 2020 - I am just very surprised that it is this complicated - I am just going to have to sell on Poshmark or another site instead.

According to their chart I'm M. I'm 5.5', 130 lb. ordered dress M size and it's big. The quality of the fabric is very cheap. I will be returning. I wish I read all these reviews before purchasing. They moderate all negative reviews on their website. Now I will get only credit and have to purchase something again.

I have ordered from Joyfolie several times and have never had a sizing issue until recently. Ordered according to what sizing chart said, size 8, and when I recoeved them they were too small in the waist and chest area but length was perfect. Emailed and was informed I had to pay shipping both ways to exchange for larger size. When I received larger size 10 fit the same as 8 only length was a little too long. 4 dresses! Emailed again and was told customer is responsible for ordering by size chart. Which I did So why does an 8 and 10 fit the same in these high low dresses? Also I have had several issues with shoes, bows and blinds falling off 1st time worn etc... Joyfolie is definitely compromising their quality

Do not buy from this company! Their return policy is extremely unfair. I spun a wheel at the beginning of my order and received a discount, so I put the discount promo code in when I ordered the dress. When the dress arrived it was too small for my daughter, so we tried to return it, but because a promo code was used they only allow store credit. I believe this is deceitful and misleading, and I felt like a fool for playing their game. This is so misleading and wrong and I pretty much begged them to give me a return and they said you need to read our policies and procedures more carefully. Very bad customer service!

I was using a gift card that I had received and when I hit pay it went to my credit card instead. Within seconds I contacted the company only to find out you could only connect through email. I tried numerous times and then finally received a response saying oh well too late. It's an automated response. Unfortunately, they got me another time for this and now they got me again. Buyer beware.

I'm sure others have legitimate complaints but their reviews may have stopped me purchasing if I'd read them before ordering. Glad I didn't let them stop me because I'm really thrilled with the dresses I got. I am a family photographer that now just photographs my two girls so I spend a lot of time looking for dresses for them and most of the ones I find are lackluster. The dresses I got from Joyfolie are some of the nicest I've gotten for the price. I love the fabric is actually wearable but the details are just beautiful. They move so well and photograph really well. I'd purchase again, even knowing the return policy is not to some people's taste. I'd have no problem exchanging something one sale I didn't like for another product as so far everything I've gotten is perfect.

Fabrics are terrible, super scratchy. At least one of the dresses had defects. But worst is there a return policy. They literally expect you to pay for shipping rate to return products after trying them on. Not a discounted business account shipping label like most professional stores... Or free return shipping like the best shops. But full price at the post office I'm really not surprised if I'm about to spend $30 returning a box of clothing to them all for nothing. Oh and the women's T-shirts are absolutely tiny. The large was skin tight.
Considering the business has been around since 2011 you think they would've figured out by now that customers pay astronomical rates to return goods to them and this could be corrected by return shipping labels being included

Love this store! As long as you read the return policy, you won't be surprised. It's very similar to many other stores. I have returned, exchanged, and have recieved a defective final sale item that the customer service was GREAT to work with! Will keep on ordering from here.
