I had seen Joyfolie on Facebook quite a bit before I made my first order. I only wish I would have ordered sooner! Their pieces are unique. They can't really be compared to anything else, which I love. Their VIP gifts are amazing & so sweet. I just got my first order in & my sunglasses were scratched. I emailed & Melissa in CS was happy to take care of me right away. Her customer service was exceptional. I am happy to support a small business that truly cares about their customers & the quality & look forward to sharing Joyfolie with my family & friends. As a mom of 3 girls, I can say that we'll be back for many more purchases.
I have ordered a few times from them, and every time I have had nothing but amazing experiences. I receive my packages really fast and when one was too big i was able to exchange it for a smaller size with no problem AT ALL. Aja was my customer service representative for the exchange and she was quick to email me back and was super nice and professional during the whole process. I read some of the reviews were people have problems returning/exchanging, and I'm confused by them, they have a whole section on their website about exchanges and returns and they make it very clear that if you buy clearance, promotions, etc you will get store credit or an exchange. But anyways, in my own personal experience, I would 100% recommended them to anyone looking for adorable clothes for themselves or their girls!
Please stay far away from this company. They send you crappy products that they don't stand by, and have an unclear/sneaky return policy. Customer service is a nightmare too. There are plenty of other online boutiques with normal return policies and great customer service, support them instead.
Hi Halle, Our refund policy does openly state that "refunds are only available on full-priced merchandise that is not discounted..." We did provide support for your return, but it sounds like perhaps we did not address all of your concerns. Our team would be more than happy to continue our support.
Joyfolie has recently employed parrots in their customer service department. I had the unfortunate experience of my credit card being billed thrice by them, yet their website threw up an address mismatch error. Instead of helping me place an error the "parrot" kept going on an on about it being an address mismatch. The address was accurate but their credit card acceptance service was badly configured. Each mail I sent asking for a solution, I kept getting the same annoying response. Needless to state I will send my legal team after them if I have been billed in triplicate for something their useless website cannot process! What a waste of time. I would caution customers to be extremely careful whilst dealing with them. Further, they don't look after or respect your information and complaints are being dealt with by a half-wits!
I recently bought a dress that was over $100.00 for my daughter and they sent me a size 14 instead of a size 10 that is clearly stated on my receipt. They asked me to send pictures of the packaging, the dress and the tag? Why? You wronged me? But I sent the pictures anyways and now I can't get a response from anyone. It's been a week and nobody will respond to my emails as it's the only way to communicate with them. Very disappointed and will never shop here again. They lost a loyal customer!

Buyer Beware Items fall apart. Non existent customer service repeated attempts at contact with no response. Over priced crap that hold up about as well a childrens play costumes. Never buy a thing from this company. Fell apart first time wearing. No customer service
I received the loveliest email regarding a dress being out of stock. They gave me a couple of options based on the choice I had made. I purchased one of them and not only did they give me free expedited service but also applied a new discount that had happened since my new order. Love these people. Unfortunately the Dress that came was much too small in the upper arms, so it has to go back. Hope my new order to replace with another dress comes before Christmas.

Superb customer service! I ordered a dress it arrived 5 days later, or was to big so I emailed them, got an immediate response with direction on how to exchange for a smaller size. My new order was processed and shipped promptly the whole time this company always remained in contact with me. I will definitely be shopping with this company again. Like another reviewer, I purchased with a promo code without knowing that ANY discounted item is not returnable for a refund, only store credit. I have never seen this before and consider it to be basically a scam in a world where people mostly shop online and returns for refund unless an item says "final sale" are standard. I will not be shopping at this store in the future and will make sure my friends and family are aware of their absurd policy.

Website states easy returns; however, you have to dig deeper to realize if you use a promo code you can only return for store credit. They plaster promo codes all over the place. I ordered several dresses in multiple sizes. Now I have a store credit for over $500 and I didn't even like any of the dresses. I am an avid online shopper and I have never come across such a ridiculous return policy.

I made my first purchase from this company using a discount code to join their site. Because I used a discount code they consider it a "sale" purchase and will only issue me a store credit. Additionally, they do not pay for return shipment. What a joke! I feel like I got screwed. The dress itself is made of very cheap material (made in China) and was definitely overpriced. Based on this one purchase I would NEVER shop here again.

Currently return costs are the responsibility of our customers and all of our policies are available on our website. We do not have an option to "join" Joyfolie in order to shop our site. We do, however, offer promotional codes for those customers who like to participate in additional discounts on their items. Love their products, have ordered a bunch, but now they've lost me. They chose a terrible carrier who lost my package. I have to tell them it's never been delivered, JF won't reship the order to me or refund me. Said they won't do anything until they get a refund from Fedex... which "will take some time". It's already been 12 days on a commitment of 5-7. I paid, I lived up to my end of the deal. JF DID NOT! No supervisor to even speak with. TERRIBLE customer experience that they refused to make right!
Looks like they have several fake reviews to try and drown out the real ones. After repeatedly charging our card for the same items we finally received the dresses. 2 the sizing was WAY OFF. No reply's to any of our emails asking for answers and how to return the dresses. Finally was forced to buy two more to match the other two for a the wedding and got them and the sizing is RIDICULOUS. The 7 barely fits my 5 year old. So 450$ in dresses will cost me a couple hundred dollars more in tailoring. Yes, the stuff is adorable but RRUUUUNNNNN! Go buy from trish scully or another company that actually cares about the buyers. **picture is a size 8 dress on an average 5 year old. Also not nearly as beautiful as the pictures. Ordered a size 2 dress got it in the mail today, it has black spot on upper part and is ripped all the way across the left part! I was so disappointed and angry! How can someone not check this before they bagged it? They had to of seen it? Never ordering from

We have been long time customers of Joyfolie, the clothing is magical for my daughter! I started getting some things for myself & have loved them all too! Just recently we had a sizing and also an out of stock issue with things we ordered, they reached out to me (even had to email again to check in since I forgot to respond, lol) and went above to work out a wonderful solution!
Ok not only is the quality of the materials top notch, but it's gorgeous! It's so soft and I've worn it to work, to parties, and everyone loves it. I definitely stood out from the crowd. The bottom of the dress was a little heavy, but the top held up well and didn't get stretched out or pulled down.
I bought my daughter 2 dresses. One of them was sized incorrectly. So I wanted a refund because they do not carry the next size up but was gladly told If you use a code during your checkout you Will Not be issued a refund whatsoever. Ridiculous.
