I just need the right product sent to me please. I bought through walmart.im just asking for the right product.

Almost 3 weeks from the time I ordered, I received tge wrong item. I thought I was buying from Walmart but was directed to this company from China.

Stay away from em,.,.,...,... They are a Chinese scam partnered with walmart joybuy or jd Chinese scam

Don't buy from this company. They took WAY longer than advertised to get the figurine I ordered and the quality was far Below what I expected. It looked more like something you'd get from a dollar store then from an online company. The size was much smaller than I expected and the color was completely different then what showed in the picture online. See photos below of what I ordered versus what I got. Don't waste your money buying anything from this company!

I gave a single start because you have to in order to make a review. I ordered in November with an expected delivery date of 12/5. Today is 12/27 and not only have I not received my items, but they REFUSE to make it right and refund me. They keep repeating that I will get my order just be patient. Are you serious?! I've explained every way I know how that the items are now irrelevant and that they failed to their obligation and need to give me my money back. A dozen emails and nothing done to make this right. Never Again. Be warned.

I ordered A steel rack with weight set and only received a plastic rack...! BE CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TERRIBLE

Got a Christmas present ordered through Walmart and it turned out to be a counterfeit piece of garbage from these guys, thought Walmart was more reputable than this. Not looking forward to the return process.

I ordered 3 smartwatches from this company for my kids for one of their Christmas presents. The order was placed over a month ago. It is now Christmas eve and the items still haven't even shipped! They was supposed to come in by the 13th.

I've been waiting on a product that I don't think is actually coming. The tracking info says that my item departs and arrives in Jamaica, NY but the problem is that it's been arriving and departing from Jamaica for like a month now. Like, wth?

In the beginning of Dec. 2nd or 3rd, I ordered a lady's toolkit through Walmart. Walmart has a vendor called Joybuy in China. This is the business I had to go through for my purchase through Walmart.
Joybuy tracked my delivery process. I never even received any tool kit!
I reached out to Joybuy about this situation. They told me my package was delivered in my mailbox. This was not true. My locked mailbox could not fit this package. My larger mailbox for larger packages would not be able to fit this package as well.
That being said, Joybuy continued to lie to me by telling me it was there. I was frustrated. Joybuy never truly helped me but told me two different stories. The first story was that my package was in route. The second story was that it was in my mailbox. They gave me a UPS and FedEx number to trace. I looked it up and the information said that my package had been delivered.
Unbelievable! They said it was delivered and would not refund me or send out the actual purchase I made. I was thankful that Walmart stepped in and gave me a refund. This happened after communicating with Joybuy at least 3 times to no avail. I am aggravated and angry that such a company would be listed with Walmart since they took my money and got nothing in return, they argued with me the customer and were dishonest. I will never order anything again from them and I let Walmart know that they should not allow Joybuy to sell anything to consumers affiliated with Joybuy. I warm all people to never buy from this seller.
I also reported this to the BBB, Walmart and now this review on site jabber.

Walmart need to look into these vendors before unleashing these horrible people onto their customers. Ordered since November 1, its 12/15 and can't get no info on tracking from vendor.

I ordered online thru Walmart, then they took the payment right away, then that's it! NO ITEM, NO DELIVERY, NO REPLY!
This company is pathetic.

I purchased 24 mini lights 30.00 I get 2 I have sent them emails with videos and pictures no response told them to send product that I ordered but still no response sad part is I've done been scammed twice with china there's another company to watch for (Blazoe) which is now something else china sucks

I bought something online from Walmart and it was this company. I ordered a 4x6 area rug. It said it was delivered in my mailbox. How is this possible. I contacted the postal service and they sent me a pic of the package. It was a piece of paper in a shipping package saying I would receive it soon. Umm you couldn't of sent a email. Walmart has tried twice contacting this company and I never heard back from them. Hmmm. Were they trying to be sneaky and say they delivered a package. Don't do business with them. Upon ordering anything online I will check to see what company and do my research

They are selling merchandise on Walmart.com with fake pictures. They listed a super mario costume that I thought I was buying from Walmart. Not a third party seller. What they sent was a fake knock off costume and have been messaging me back and forth asking for pictures (which I provided) and now for tags and receipts etc. which they did not provide, so I obviously cannot include. They threw a cheap fake costume into an envelope and sent it and are now refusing to do anything about it. If I could rate less than one star I would. Make sure to pay close attention to who you are purchasing from. Alot of scam artists since allowing third party sellers everywhere.

The business is run by fake scam artists who are lying and cheating people out of their hard earned money. My son was so excited to get this costume only to be ripped off by these people. It's sad that this world is steadily filling up with untrustworthy thieves and liars.

These people say one thing and do another after you order Thay change your delivery 30 days after you order don't order from them I'm warning you didn't order from these people you can do a lot better

I was forced to leave one star in order to leave review but they do not deserve that. This company is a scam, they do false advertising then blame you for their short comings. They get you to buy the product by advertising it as something else then claim they put it in fine print that it's something else when in big bold print you think you're getting what you actually ordered. This place is a complete scam company. Do not order through them, read all of the reviews! You've been warned.
