I ordered a dress online from Walmart, at least I thought it was Walmart. However, my order went straight to a company named JoyBuy Marketplace. I only found this out when I kept waiting on my order. At first when checking why I wasn't getting the order, that's when I found out about this Company. I went back and read reviews on this company. So many people have had the same issue esp regarding the fact that Walmart would tolerate such poor business practices. For days my order sat at a facility in Austell, GA. It now shows shipped, but tracking information gives me nothing. I did contact Walmart Customer Service via Chat. She was so very nice and most helpful. IF I ever get my order, I can take to Walmart for a refund, PLEASE, PLEASE read this. I would advise shopping in an actual Walmart. I will never order anything online from Walmart again. I hope you don't.

Only customer service is a computer generated response no tracking information on orders for more than 20 days had to connect walmart to get a refund because seller always stated my order is in transit this company should be closed due to lack of communication with the buyer

2nd off I only got 1
Emailed the company who said to send them pics & videos of broken one - yada - yada - yada but never acknowledged that they ripped me off… CONSUMERS BEWARE DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$$$

I have bought legit name brands from Walmart 's site, but got scammed this time. The photos online were not what I got. Also, sandals are so uncomfortable.

I ordered two sofa tables on Walmart.com that were being shipped from third-party company Joybuy Express. The order was delayed three times and I received the text that it was delivered on my porch today, the package was as big as my hand and obviously not two sofa tables. I double check the tracking number and the order number and they were the same as the ones that I used or had from the tables that I had ordered. I opened the package and there were tiny rubber unicorn heads, they look like they were supposed to be some kind of bookends, each one was about the size of my fist. Absolutely not the two sofa tables I ordered and paid for. Did they really think they were going to get away with this, total scams! If the product wasn't available they should have just told me so and refunded me, Walmart refunded me within minutes but that's not the point. When I went back to find the tables on the Walmart site they were gone, when I clicked the order on my order history it said Paige is not found. They claim to be located in California but they have a Delaware phone number with some random generic answering machine message... I appreciate that Walmart took responsibility and issued my refund within minutes, but they should remove them as a vendor. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING From this "company" on WalMart or anywhere else. They send the WRONG item then ask you to "prove" your purchase, five times I sent in photos and FIVE TIMES they lied and said they never got them NOR did they send the correct ITEM I PAID FOR! SCAM!

I purchased galvanized watering pots in colorful colors. They came 3 weeks late & were the size of 1oz cups. I'm assuming they're used for dolls? I contacted them 10x to cancel the order after it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Then I returned them with a tracking # & they still refuse to refund me. I had to call Amex to report fraud. Don't use this Fake company ever. Walmart, shame on you for allowing them to fraud your consumers.

Never received all the products I ordered, worse company I have ever dealt with. Safe your money. Don't order anything from here. If I could put a zero I would, won't allow you too.

Gee, where can I begin, they SUCK. Shipping generic razor blades or taking a month to ship a product. How about having the shipping company return a broken item prior to delivery and they didn't ship a replacement.

It appears that they steal pictures of high quality products and ship the worst crap that I have ever seen - the items look like that they are beginners sewing class quality.

Oh, to be scammed and under the Walmart label / you just can't trust anybody these days.

We've spent a month emailing back and forth. Joybuy insists it's the same product. It's not. I paid $10 and didn't save the USPS envelope it came in with no packing slip. It's not worth the effort or any further cost to pursue this. Avoid this company.

I ordered a red wagon in February. Due to the company's item description at their warehouse they sent me a plastic tissue dispenser for a car visor now they refuse to give me the item I ordered they lie lie lie. Cannot trust this Chinese company. Do not buy anything from Walmart that joybuy advertises. It is fake. Walmart must drop them as a third party but they don't listen.

I ordered a item almost a month ago still nothing. Now it's delayed with no eta. I didn't realize but had ordered2 shirts from this place a while back as well got 1 and loved it, the other took another month and was of such poor quality Thread bare and not even the same material. I will not buy from these people again.

I feel as if you guys why to me after promise To fix the problem that you guys know that I had no control over the The drone only worked one time. And I have been arguing with you guys for a month trying to fix this problem sadly I think it's not going to get resolved

I purchased a mini tiller through the Walmart website. It arrived the same time I tore.my mcl ligament so it was quite awhile before I was up to putting the tiller together. I open the box and start putting it together to find that the box that came torn was missing several nuts, screws and washers. Then I noticed it is scratched and rusted in several places. I contacted the seller asking for help, since it was past the 30 day return time. I received no response. I tried taking it back to Walmart only to be told they could not give a refund but I could call 1800walmart and let their people co tact the seller. Walmart needs to quit selling this place garbage. I won't quit until I get my.money back.

Purchased a computer desk floormat thru Walmart and the periphery is the design in posting but the mat is 5 inches by 6 inches and might fit one of my wheels on computer chair but not the area it is for as posted. Pull your heads out of the gutter and fire the shipping supervisor for this stunt

Ordered 4 wedding gown covers. Never received them. Had to contact Walmart.com. It took them 5 days to "decide" to approve my refund. They refunded the price of one, not all four. As of now, I have been on hold for a half hour waiting to speak to a supervisor. I'm going to file a complaint with the BBB. This is ridiculous.

Sent different item then purchased! First pic is what I ordered. Second is what came...months later!
