I have purchased. A few furniture items, home deco items and out door fountains from Joss and Main. I love the quality of products, the price, the ease of ordering, the timely arrivals. All my shipments have been early even during this Pandemic. This company has truly been a blessing..

Will never order from this company again! Waited months for a complete bed and made repeated calls to check on status never received the footboard. The initial shipment arrived in boxes that smelled like they had been shipped in a manure truck. After storing half an iron bed for months Canceled order after second foot board was supposedly lost. Order never completed.

I placed an order online during president's day sale. They shipped the wrong item. I tried to stop the shipment and was told I could not stop it. Then Josh in customer service said I had to pay $72 to return the item. The reviews for Joss & Main are true they have substandard customer service. Shady like a palm tree! Think twice.

The reviews are correct this company has substandard practices and are incompetent in sales. Think twice.

I am in my mid-70's. I drove an hour to Joss & Main to purchase a living room chair and asked the sales clerk if I go home and order online and still get the 20% off. She said yes. Online would not honor the 20% off. I called the store, and asked if I could I order over the phone. They said no. I had to come to the store in person for that. I will never shop there or Wayfair again!

Sales clerks need to be informed of policies of store.

Placed order on 2/6, expected delivery date of 2/17. By 2/20 order wasn't even processed. Submitted customer service request. No answer. Called on 2/21, was told they would have the warehouse email me the next day with an update. 2/24 no update, so I live chat with customer service. Now they say "yea your order was lost" we can resubmit your order. So I ask, if you resubmit when is the fastest it could be here. They quoted me that the soonest they could get it to me is 3/22 … a month and a half after I placed my original order.

So I ask, if you can't get me my order more than a month after the date you originally quoted (2/17) what does your company do to compensate for me not having furniture that I need for over a month after they said I'd receive it by?

Their response was that it had only been one week (because the quoted delivery date was 2/17 and the current date was 2/24 which makes no sense since I still wouldn't be getting my furniture till 3/22 at the earliest) and there was nothing that they would do to rectify the situation.

Awful customer service. I have no furniture still. And they were just like "sorry we're not sorry". So don't order from them, or their parent company Wayfair if you have any need for furniture to arrive in a timely manner.

Don’t use unless you don’t need to receive furniture anytime soon

I ordered a bookcase on this site that was supposed to be medium brown colored -- instead it's a very light and ugly brown. And, although it says it's a three shelf bookcase, the three shelves only allow for small books or paperbacks -- if you have hardcover books, it's really only a two shelf bookcase. Oh, and the directions to put it together are almost impossible to understand. The worst purchase I've ever made online.

Just got a Derida Metal Outdoor Coffee Table delivered. It is flimsy and such bad quality. I tried to return it and they want to charge me $71 to do the return. Disgusting. I will never buy their poor quality rubbish again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THE QUALITY IS AWFUL. AND THEN THEY CHARGE YOU AN AWFUL LOT TO RETURN. DISGRACEFUL. WILL NEVER BUY THEIR RUBBISH AGAIN.

Furniture is garbage. I paid almost $2,500 for a bedroom set and the grey wash coating is already coming off two pieces in less than a year. They said they can repair one, but not the other. They offered me a discount of $50! Are you kidding me?

I have ordered hundreds of items from Joss and Main from Wayfair (their parent company) over the past few years and had very few issues. However, I recently bought a small flatpack table on sale for $110 that was subpar quality - I went to return it and they are asking $60 to return it, which is 55% of the cost of the table. They did not state this anywhere during the purchasing process. Support could have cared less. A shame from what used to be a good company.

We purchased a bed in June and received it July 3. On July 23 my account was charged by Joss and Main 2 times. When I called them I was told that for some reason they voided the first amount they took from my account and were NOW 1 month later going to take 2 transactions out! Worst experience I have ever had in my life! All they would do is give me 10% back, ridiculous!

I purchased the Milan bed and it arrived with scuff marks on the linen. After several attempts to contact customer service, I didn't receive a response or resolution. They also did not post my review of the bed. I would avoid Joss & Main and will never purchase from them again. All of their merchandise is sold on other sites - just pick a different site.

I am trying to return 5 damaged products that were shipped to me last week. I called customer service yesterday and today and was on hold for a total of 9 hours. I finally had to hang up. I'm very frustrated that I can't even set up a return online. There are no options requesting a full refund with no replacement wanted. I don't want a replacement, I just want to send these products back to you (with you providing me shipping label) and a full refund.

I ordered a rug that said "arrives by July 11th" implying that the 11th was the latest possible arrival date. Now the date has been changed twice and it will maybe arrive on July 22nd (maybe not) according to the person I talked to. All of my furniture can't be moved now until the rug arrives. They told me that the shipping time is "just a suggestion". Be aware that Joss and Main uses deceptive language around shipping time and doesn't think words mean anything. If you order them, you will probably get your package weeks later than expected. I could've ordered this item somewhere else and I probably will the next time.

I don't know how they have so many "reviews" on their site... it's nearly impossible to actually post a review after you've made a purchase. I'm now wondering if those reviews on their site were fake, since I can't post anything. I should have listened when buyer hinted that quality was bad, items arrived damaged, and long wait times. I'm attempting to pay it forward by warning other buyers to look elsewhere. Product quality is bad and it's tough to reach a live person to sort it out. They said it could be 6-8 weeks before I can get a replacement. Next time, I'm having them unpack it in my driveway and prove it's not damaged before they put it in my house. Also, what am I supposed to do with the damaged piece? They said "throw it out". It's 150 pounds! How am I supposed to do that, exactly?

Tip for consumers:
If it looks too inexpensive to be true, it is. Go to a better site. Joss and Main and Wayfair have very cheap products because the quality is cheap. Lesson learned!

Cheap & Expensive is the easiest way to describe these products. If you're lucky they might send something undamaged but even, then the product is not as described. The easiest way to explain is they make very cheap products and sale them for crazy prices...

Ordered a comforter from this website. Very cheap quality and scratchy fabric. It's supposed to be washable, but after only two washes the filling has completely bunched up and the stitching is coming out. It's very difficult and time consuming to find out about writing a review on this site. After spending a lot of time I wrote a review on this product, but it never showed up on their website. There were 14 reviews on this item - all but one were 5 star. I don't believe this for a minute and have to assume that Joss & Main pay people to write their reviews. Terrible!

I placed an order on Nov 18th, 2020 and was supposed to be delivered in mid February, then Mid March and now mid April, I called and they put me on hold while they inquired with their Texas warehouse on the where about of the sofa, but even that simple response could take up to 3 working days, this is beyond frustrating, I canceled the order, it's just not worth my energy, it was my first and last order with them.

I purchased a 60" ceiling fan on Monday. Tues received a canceled order email. Due to "pricing error". Looking at other reviews seeing the same issue. WTH is this company doing? I'm extremely upset to be treated this way, as in the past we have had good transactions with this company. What can be done to stop this deceptive practice. Very upset!

Terrible customer service. Ordered an outdoor sofa, table, and cushions. The sofa and table arrived (from Wayfair?), but the cushions did not. The confirmation email said the cushions were delivered, but they weren't on the truck. After spending 30 mins with customer service, the best they could do is to re-ship the cushions (appx 2 weeks) and offer me a 10% off coupon for my next order. If I would have known that I would have the frame of an outdoor sofa sitting on my porch for 2-3 weeks, I would have taken my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time.

After a dispute, their employee said we will refund your money and it will take 7 days. Two weeks later, the money is not in my account so I email again and this time, they say 2-3 days. Still, no refund! I emailed them again and now they want someone to call me to talk about the issue again!

They have literally taken my money and will not give it back. ILLEGAL and DISGUSTED!

Twice have had my order " left on the dock" and not delivered as stated. First delivery the order sat on the dock, had to wait another week for it to be delivered and the furniture was damaged. See picture. Called customer service, replacement piece ordered, was supposed to be delivered today. Guess where it is? Yup sitting on the dock again! So I am wondering if the reason it is on the dock again because the next piece again is damaged? So again I have to wait another week for this furniture to be delivered! Oh my order was placed six weeks ago! So the saga continues as wayfair/ Joss and Main continue to deal with shoddy logistic companies... now on the bright side both the customer service and the delivery service were both extremely patient, gracious and both women very concerned about the shoddy delivery service. Though they can only report the issues, someone from corporate needs to look at the impact this shoddy service is having on their business, Fire the logistic company and hire a group that is as reliable as the energizer bunny. So for now I would recommend not to purchase any big items to avoid the disappointment, frustration of undelivered furniture.

I move to a new house in a new city. I'm older and I live alone. I found a kitchen island that I loved on Joss and Main. I ordered the island and paid extra for assembly. How great! The first order came with a broken part, the guys were really nice and were going to assemble it for me. They left the good boxes in my living room and were going to reorder the damaged piece.
I received an email that it was going to be delivered tomorrow. I'm so happy and excited until I get a phone call from Joss and Main. Now they tell me they can not assemble it because it will take more than 30 minutes. What? Of course I called and was really upset to no avail. Never ever will I go through this again. Joss and Main, Wayfair and overstock.com, never again!

Don’t order from Joss and Main or Way Fair. Same company.

Still waiting on "replacement parts" or otherwise known as ORIGINAL parts that were never sent. I cannot get through to anyone to correct this issue nor have they responded. Not only delivered partial shipments, damaged items their customer service is far less than satisfactory. I do not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered some rugs online and then 30 minutes later changed my mind on the rug and color so I cancelled my order. The second order was 300.00 more but both charges showed on my bank account the next day. I went back online to make sure the first order was cancelled and it said it was in process of being cancelled but I got an email saying the order could not be cancelled because it already shipped. I find that hard to believe since the shipping date isn't for a couple of weeks due to covid and they are delayed. I tried to call them but was on hold for over an hour so I hung up and tried to call again this afternoon and was told the hold time would be more than 45 minutes. Long story short my account has been charged for over 1400. 00 and if I get the first order I will have to return the rugs with shipping cost on me! Pathetic service! Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!
