on 4/8/15Use your tablet... and you won't have to use your password unless you want to by something. I do agree that on the computer it is a pain.
Everything I have ordered was good quality and pleased me. Good Luck.
I have ordered several things from Joss and have been very happy with each one. Of course I have not ordered any of the furniture but I don't see why the quality would change there. I say go for it.
Remember your mother telling you not to put your hands in your mouth ahanding money because you don't know where it hs been Same principal applies, where the fabric has been, what country, how many varmints have visited it, etc.etc.et. And, I would not wash, I would dry clean.
I would call customer service. On the many orders placed with Joss&Main, I received the item(s) very soon after I ordered them.
I would suggest to talk o someone there. Make sure that you know what to ask so that you can get the answers you need about the cushions. Delivery is another subject and most people that deliver furniture will not leave outside unless instructed to do so. I hope this answers your questions.
I have a spiral notebook right by computer and write every site from which i
Order and include the password. Have fun with the word play you can create that
Somehow you connect with the site, Janet L
Sorry, am not familiar with that piece of furniture.
I'm sorry but have not ordered anything large from them; mostly small decorating pieces.
The Addison furniture is manufactured in Addison Texas USA
The company should have to release that information before you purchase anything. Not fair if you are charged any additional costs to ship into Canada. Hope for your sake, you are not to be charged. Good Luck!
Why does the password keep changing every single time I log on?
I've ordered smaller items that needed some assembly. Easy instructions to follow. On most of my purchases all i needed was a Phillips screwdriver.
I did not use PayPal, so I cannot answer this question.
I am not sure that they accept Paypal, sorry
Oh yes I can understand; I have that same problem at times; It's just a human thing; when it get's to be frequent get some professional help
Marlene, I believe that there is a way on most search engines that you can Save your password and even the user name as well... I have mine auto in my computer which can be done in most. Hope this helps. J. S.
Marlene? Since when did I require from you a password? All I was saying was finally, Finally. FINALLY (gasp. Gasp!). (Wheeeeezzzzzzeeeee)). Finally I found a useful item. I can't begin to tell you how awfully hard it has been for me to find an end table that would blend in with my non-descript furniture. That's all I was saying. So, get riled and see if I care. Hmmmmmph!
When putting in your password Check the box that says remember me.
You should not have to enter your password every time you sign in.
Hi Marlene
I use google as my search engine and it has the ability to save both user name and password, so when I visit Joss & Main I simply click on sign it and I am all set to shop.
I have the mobile app, and after logging in the first time, I can't remember the last time I had to.
Google Chrome will ask you when you log in if you want it to save the password for the site. Just choose yes/save.
I have an address book I use for all passwords.
You can write the name of website and password on a stickum or keep it with others in a little lined pad by your computer
Well not sure if this will help, but if i recall (right, lol) i too, click on "remember me" and that's all you have to do. You never should have to enter it again. Hope that helps you, i know what you mean though, i must have a zillion passwords and usernames out there in cyberspace. Have a wonderful day. ( =
