I enjoy shopping at Joss & Main. In purchasing the sheet sets, I found the product was priced reasonably and though inexpensive, the product was of excellent quality.
Have ordered from Joss & Main several times and have never been disappointed in the quality. Friends notice and comment on lovely things in my home and I tell them I got a great deal on that from Joss & Main. I even offer to let them know when I see that item again or something like it they might like. I enjoy seeing the designs they put together and the whole experience.

Ordered some lovely side tables, Didn't turn up on the day they advised. Left it for a few days and then emailed them. Had not bothered to tell me that they had cancelled my order as they could no longer get them from the supplier. Was quick enough to take my order! Now I can't get my money back for 12 days! I was a brand new customer, this company is a joke!
What a fantastic savings for these beautiful quilts. Only negative is that I would like the shams to match the quilts so where do I find these items?

With an all shipping company, the return policy does not allow returns, only exchanges. Need the shoes for a trip, the site did not allow me to change anything about shipping method accept the address.
Tonight, we ordered two table lamps for our bedroom.
Look fairly simple to complete the order so I went about making it happen.
First CC I put in seemed to be fine until I went to the final screen. There I got message saying that the card did not process and I would need to check the number or use another card for payment.
I put in second card and everything processed speedily, accurately and completely. Now can't wait to get the new lamps for master bedroom.
I work at Nordstrom so was thinking that there was an employee discount of 20% on my purchase, however, I could not decide how to put in the discount.

Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.
