I just rec'd 2 tops. Very nice material, well made... they came securely packaged. No problem. This is my second shipment from JollyChic. I would order more if I had unlimited funds:-( I usually buy from JJill and Soft Surroundings but this company is more affordable. I think they are trying to please us Americans (!) and I think they will go the extra mile if you have a problem.
This website never mentions it's coming from China. The sizes are are made way too small, the only positive thing I can say is that it delivered very quickly. I have since returned the items, and have confirmation that it delivered, but they say it has not. There customer service is not very helpful at all, I will never order from this company again. This is the worst experience I have every had ordering on line! They said to order the blouses 2 to 3 times bigger than what you normally wear, Ha! They still don't fit! These clothes are suppose to be for plus size women, that's a joke, plus size for who, little Asian women maybe! They are not for american plus size women! Then you wind up loosing your money because it cost $20 bucks to return the things! All i can say is STAY AWAY! Lesson learned!

I ordered 4 dresses, paid and THEN looked at the reviews! Rang my bank, cancelled my credit card and tried to forget about it (NZ200). I am European size 38, full arms, bust, etc, there was no way to fit in those dresses, not mentioning the quality described by disappointed customers. To my astonishment, 2 weeks later I received what I had ordered and it was all very wearable, honestly! The dresses I got here in NZ would cost close to NZ200 each and I have no complaints about the quality of material or workmanship! I bought everything XL, and only one dress was actually slightly too big. Moreover, I received a cute shopping bag as a free gift and a little brochure with the phone numbers in USA, Canada and Australia plus contacts in HQ in London. I believe every word you say about your horrible experiences but do you think that maybe they have changed the management or ownership? Will I buy from them again? Yes, I will, with some caution.
I only put one star because there is no option for none. I have ordered 9 items and 5 of them was clothing. In my disappointment nothing fitted. Everything was just way too small. When I chatted to jolly chic representative I only wanted to exchange the items for correct size but found out that I need to pay for return shipping fee? What if the clothes doesn't fit again? Pay extra money again? No thank you. Returning EVERY single item and want to get full refund! And don't wanna hear about this website again! Stay away from this website!

JollyChic has adorable clothing; however, you must be extremely petite to wear their clothes. These clothes come from China which is never mentioned on the website. I AM petite and Asian and purchased three items that are so small that they do me no good. I sized Up as suggested but the pants fit my girlfriend's size 2 teenage daughter... I wear a 6. The shirt I purchased has sleeves so small, I can barely move. No words to comment in the dress! To return, it will cost me THREE TIMES the purchase price! I unsubscribed from their emails and posted my thoughts to my Facebook friends. Grrrrrrr!

I was very impressed with the very quick international delivery. The clothing was as I expected too.
One really needs to be careful when ordering on line. JollyChic has many, many other companies under different names.
A lot of jewelry ads, seen on face book, that are very low prices, or advertised as FREE, then find out it is 10 buck to pay for shipping a necklace that weighs less then an ounce? Just another line from Jolly chic. Sunny dresses, is also affiliated with Jolly Chic. Ask questions BEFORE you pay. Ask when the company is, the location, where are the items made? Where do they ship from? If they do not fit, or they are poor quality, what is the return policy? If you have to ship something back to China, from Canada, it costs more then the item, and they REFUSE to pay for shipping.
I am sorry, but I just do not believe ANY of the good ratings that people give for Jolly Chic. I think they are staff, or paid writers. Maybe, maybe if one is a size 0 or smaller, then they may get something that is okay.
Even the handbag I ordered was junk. I have never used it.
For me 90 dollars is such a lot of money. And to have lost that, well it will be a long time before I can try to get a few new clothes again. I have learned my lesson though, and will ask all the right questions now. China is just not equipped to fit plus size clothing.

I ordered 4 pieces of clothings on May 7 and until today, I haven't received my orders at all. I have contacted the 24/7 support line and they told me that they will expedite and they will process as soon as possible. In the website, it state EXPRESS delivery but in fact, it is even worst than normal delivery. Just crossing my fingers now that the quality is not horrendous as some of the reviewers stated here.

It took 3 weeks to get my order. I only ordered 2 tops and sized them based on THEIR sizing chart. Both are too small. I will give them to my daughter, as they will fit her. They are nice tops, but shipping takes too long and sizing is all wrong. I also started getting a pile of junk email after placing this order.

I just received my order and am so disappointed. The quality of the blouses I ordered were fine. Received the merchandise in a timely manner. I ordered the size according to their sizing chart and that's where the problem begins. I ordered XXL and figured I would have a really nice fit. All of the labels say XXL. NO WAY. My daughter is a size 9 so I let her try them on. They are even tight on her. I am not going through the trouble of sending them back so I will just take the lost. This is too bad because I do like the blouses.

I just spoke with a girl named "Kenzie" on JollyChic's instant messaging service regarding sizes/fit and payment issue. I cannot key enough about the wonderful, wonderful, customer service and this gal went way over the "call of duty" in helping me! I have yet to rec items, but, thanks to Kenzie, I feel so much better about the size I ordered, and reassurance on payment issues! Product looked great in photos, prices were unbelievable, ordering process was simple, and then...
It took forever for products to arrive. They bore no semblance to photos, quality of fabric was very poor, and fit was worse. Sizing is a puzzle.
The return process-to China-is a work in progress... expensive and, I am sure will take forever.

The shirt I ordered looked so cute online. I was happy about the free shipping. It went downhill from there. It took three weeks to get my shirt. I ordered two sizes larger than normal, and it did not fit at all, I couldn't even get one arm in it. The shirt was shaped like a triangle. It was about a size 4 on top, and 4x at the bottom. I will never order from them again, it costs too much to return it, and I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT!

Late delivery, i received my order 13 days after the order was purchased. Between that after i finished my order by 4 days they told me that there are items out of stock, and they did not return my money. I have ordered a big order it was by 500$ and thats what i get.
The quality was horrendously bad, the items that are cotton were polyester and the items that are chiffon i received them as polyester. The details written are completely different that the item you will receive.
