Bought a coat here, terrible material quality, got given the wrong size. I ordered for a medium size, gave me a small instead. Not worth it to send it back either, because we have to spend our own money to ship it back.

I spoke to chat line about sizing. Australia 14 is a bust of 44 inches to them. Asked if I ordered correct size would they pay for return. They wouldn't. They need to have correct size charting. I would love to be a size 6 but waste of time ordering.

I realized I had ordered an item I no longer needed three days ago, but since it had not shipped yet I chatted with a 24/ customer service rep named Mona that immediately canceled the item not needed and refunded the money to my Paypal account. I know a lot of these foreign sites have been reported as having difficult service, but I have not had one problem yet, and every time I contact customer service with a question or anything like this they have it resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you Mona for providing excellent customer service.
I chose clothes that were apparently cotton, and they arrived in slinky, staticky material that was awful. Nothing fit like they said it would, and the quality was definitely Chinese. I guess you get what you pay for. I order many clothes on the internet, but this was just the worst experience ever. Cheap labour, cheap and unsatisfying clothes.

I bought a dress from them. It seemed cute. But when the package arrived, it was all in Chinese. The first red flag. Opened this tiny bag of a package to find what seemed like a thin piece of fabric. This was in fact the dress I ordered. It was black but completely see-through! Cheap, cheap, cheap. I guess that's what I get for what I paid for. It has to be about 4 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Please beware that their return policy makes you ship returns, BACK TO CHINA, on your dime. Tried talking to a Rep., who wanted me to take a picture of me in the dress and send it to them! I refused, the order number should have been enough. Just please BEWARE that you are paying cheap prices for over-priced cheap clothes.

This site has nice clothes but when my dress arrived, it was literally 2-3 sizes too small. I usually wear a size 3x U. S and Australia size so I ordered a 6x since their site says order slightly larger but what I got was more like a 1x and that's their biggest size! They included a canvas tote bag with the order for free but no information on how to return. I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear.

I ordered a dress and a pair of shorts and selected my size according to their "size guide" for each. I really only ordered the shorts to get my order up to the minimum amount for free shipping. I had a choice of black or white for the shorts and I chose black. I made the mistake of checking this site after placing my order instead of before. After reading a few reviews on this site I could have just cancelled my order. Others said that their sizing was crazy, the quality was poor and returns were not cost effective. I really liked the way the dress looked on their website so I decided to take the gamble. However, I did contact them to get the sizes changed to the next size up for each item. Customer service was pretty good in helping me with the change. It took over a week for my "express delivery" order to be "prepared". It did arrive in a reasonable amount of time after it finally shipped. I tried the dress on first. It was a little too big but not terribly and I'm glad I went up a size. The quality however was ABYSMAL. The fabric feels like tissue paper lined with sandpaper and the dress is unlined. It cost about $60.00 and for that I would expect much better. The shorts were way too small even though I ordered the next size up, they were much shorter than the online picture showed and they were white when I ordered black. The quality however was much better than the dress. If you don't live in China, don't bother ordering from JollyChic. As a final note, very shortly after I placed my original order with my Amex card, Amex called me to let me know that my card was being used without my knowledge by theives and I had to go through the process of getting it replaced. I don't know if it had anything to do with JollyChic but it is the first time that's ever happened to me and I shop online a lot. It was just the rancid icing on a very stale cake.

This company looks great at first sight, but is anything but great. They are deceiving their customers on a number of issues. NO RECEIPT came with my purchase? Why not? If you normally wear size LARGE, order size XXXXXL or XXXXXXL as it "may" fit. Their sizing is neither American or UK sizes... so it's anyone's guess. So, if you want to guess on what size will fit and don't mind sending the items back and forth to China and pay the expense... have at it. But it's going to cost you plenty!
They demand you send a photo to prove your claim. Then you must send the (wrong) item back at your expense. At which time they will decide whether to refund your money or not. I tried emailing. NO response. I tried calling their 24/7 phone numbers they provided on their website a number of times... NO response. I tried connecting to their 24/7 chat line a few times... NO response. They claim to be 24/7 but are never available?! And no doubt their response from "Sunny" in this forum will apologize as she has numerous times only to "appear" to be concerned and say, "Contact us about the problem." Unfortunately, Sunny, we have tried contacting you and it does no good. By now we can see that you are only trying to save face from being associated with a company that does NOT care about their customer's satisfaction. I am in this forum because I could NOT get a hold of anyone either in email, phone or chat. You can apologize once again, but it does nothing to resolve the problem. We've all got scammed and wasted our money. We will spread the word and try to warn others about Jollychic.com. We are all trying to warn you to STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. (Sunny, I HAVE entered my order ID # so please don't pretend and ask for it again.) Avoid this company as others have advised!

Greetings JollyChic or Trendsgal, or China?! Feb. 25 I ordered 7 items. I got 1 a month later. Then I got 4 a month after that. Then I got an email saying the earrings were out of stock. I ordered a bracelet to replace them. That was March 20. Its now June 1 and Im still waiting for the bracelet and last tank (that isnt going to fit anyway.) I was told one item was shipped Apr 1 and the other Apr 11. Not sure why everything couldnt come together on the first shipment date? This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online and I will make sure to tell my friends!
