I recently ordered 4 tops in the "plus size" range. I read the reviews & used the chat line to check sizes.
When they arrived 5xl fits a Aust size 14. My daughter fitted them. I also ordered a Plus Size dress for her in size 3xl which is terrible the White bodice of the dress had dirty marks all over it, the armholes are so low cut you can't wear a bra under it, but you can see through the fabric. This dress is very poor quality. This has cost me a lot & I nothing to show for it.
Never ordered on line before. At first I called to ask if they have phone ordering service, sadly they do not have one. But gladly, they helped to make the order for me by online chatting. The items arrived now, so happy about this experience, will improve my online shopping skills too.

I placed my order on June 27 and to this date I still haven't receive my order. Based on the tracking information via Canada Post, the package left Beijing on July 2, arrived in Calgary, AB on July 31 but for some reason it was shipped to Toronto on the same day, arrived in Toronto on Aug 2, shipped to Mississauga the same day and arrived in Mississauga on Aug 5. What I am wondering about is, why didn't deliver the package to me when it was here in Calgary and why was it shipped to Toronto and Mississauga. I called Jolly chic several times and asking them to just refund my money as I lost my interest by now. They keep telling me to wait a few more days since I first inquire in mid July. Yesterday I gave them the ultimatum that I am waiting until the 11th of August and if i still didn't get my order I just want my money back. There are representatives whose been telling me that they can only give my refund once they receive the package back. If I comply, I will probably get my money back close to the end of the year and I will not allow that. So Jollychic if you are reading this review, give me my money back and stop making promises that you people can't keep. You are the worst online clothing store that I encounter.
