So I found this website while searching google for affordable fashion, and from then on it was all down hill!
I ONLY ORDER 3 THINGS!
And waited a week to recieve the cheapest attire i had ever seen!
The high waisted shorts didnt even have the hole for the button stiched in them!
This see thru t shirt was made with a material that shouldnt even be in contact with skin! By the second i put on the thing it made my skin itch automatically. I was so dissapointed that this happened to me, Ive only had bad experiences with online shopping and this website tops them all. BEWARE of where the online websites are really from. My order came from china. Terrible website please be more cautious, i know i will have to be from now on.

Cheap & Narsty. Clothes are very small so like stated i got sizes up... they can fit BUT sit very weird around the bust & across the shoulders!
Went to return 3 of the 6 peices of clothing i purchased in a small parcel bag with track & trace (as requested by Jolly Chic)... was going to cost from nz-china $53 for postage... which wasnt even worth it when i was sending $63 worth of clothing back! NOT happy dont be fooled!

I ordered a dress on September 22nd, got all of the "confirmation emails" and the tracking number, figured it was coming from China so it would be a while before I got my shipment blah blah blah. However, I tried to track my package with the order number I was given and it said that it didn't exist? I'm going to continue trying to track my shipment every day but if it continues to not exist or not be able to locate my dress then they will not be getting my service again. I would not recommend this site to anyone who needs the items they're purchasing within a certain period of time or people that get easily discouraged from being left in the dark shipping wise.

I paid for my package around a month ago... I still dont have it. "Live Chat" reps kept telling me it was on a plane to my country or that it was help up in China. Finally DHL in the UK text me but tell me I owe more money on the VAT and I cannot get the parcel until I pay it! Complete waste of time and Ive spent about 4 hours chasing things. Don't bother unless you are willing to order your summer outfits in Dec.

I ordered a waist trainer and will never order from here again they are way to slow for me. I could have flown to china picked it up and came back at least 3 times in the time it's taking for me to receive my order. I would rather pay more to be sure I would receive my package. My items suspiciously were sent to a transposed address that does not exist and were apparently sent back to China. I have chatted several times online and suddenly the chat ends with no information and no products. I would even take responsibility for the wrong address were I given a chance, but I can't even get anyone to give me a straight answer about anything.

I ORDERED THREE THINGS, NO COMPLAINT ABOUT SHIPPING. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AWFUL. I ARGUED THE POINT ABOUT STAINED CLOTHES AND CHILD FITTING CLOTHES ANS STILL DID NOT FINISH THE LIVE CHAT, IT WENT ON FOR HOURS TODAY, SHE WAS GOING TO SPEAK TO HER LEADER TO SEE IF THEY WOULD PAY SHIPPING BACK. This place is crazy! It took forever to get my order. Then it stayed nothing about paying to send the item back. Didn't offer to replace them with a different size. Also while on live chat they just stopped talking to me and ended the call. It they would have just sent me a different size. I ordered from JollyChic over 3 weeks ago and the order has only just arrived today. Out of the 7 items I ordered, I am only wanting to keep one of them but as the items are delivered from China, it will cost more than the actual price of my order to return the unwanted items. When I tried to add my review/comments to each item of my order I receive the 404 error message (which I'm guessing is so that they can't get 'unwanted' bad reviews).
I have been in touch a few times due to the fact my order took so long and have to say that they reply to any queries straight away.
I feel that most of the items I ordered are not true to size and look nothing like the pictures when on unless you're a size 6.

Every 5 star review on here is definitely a paid off scam. I finally got my items today after having ordered them on the 8th of september and after waiting forever for a tracking number. Nothing fits. And the quality is atrocious (for that price I understand and can let that go, i did not expect good quality for 8$) But... I ordered a dress, and received a backless shirt. I ordered a plus size large shirt, and received what must be a medium normal button down. The bags smell so bad! And I'm pretty sure all of these items will end up in my trash soon. I won't even bother returning because something tells me I won't get my money back and if i do it will be by next year so I might as well make do with what I have. Deleting the app and never looking back. The pictures and prices were very convincing and whoever the marketing genius is, kudos to them because they sure fooled me. I will say the bags are okay. Thank goodness I did not buy shoes.
