They say they have plus sizes, they will charge you extra for them. I checked the size chart and the XXL matched the size of my jeans in US sizes. I have ordered dresses before in XXL, no issue. But, the dress I bought is more like a large than a XXL, doesn't fit.
I asked about returning, and they said I would have to pay to return it, which is normal, except it would cost me the price of the dress to return it. On top of that, they have a 7 day return policy... it took 10 days to get here, I could only get a full refund if I got it there in seven days. There is China from the US, not likely in less I want to pay twice what I did for the dress.
Also, the site said was wool-like dress, and it is polyester, says so on the tag. I don't think those two are the same things, nor do they look the same.
Not saying my whole experience was terrible, they're customer service agents were really nice. But, the product itself is an issue.
I don't usually write reviews but I thought this was needed, I ordered three things from jollychic.com, and then decided to check other peoples reviews. Upon finding lots of unhappy customers and many accounts that I could assume were spam reviewing great products etc, I was now doubtful that my order would even turn up at all. Well it did, and just 5 odd days later than expected (to now surprise of course) and well yes the quality isn't superb, but what do you expect from a cheap clothing company? A good service in my case. If you are ordering, order a few sizes bigger, and don't be in a hurry :)

I bought a V-Neck Floral Print Chiffon Dress With Belt, the quality was excellent and the dress looked just like in the site picture. Would recommend this to anyone. I usually wear UK size 8 and US size 4 fit me well.

Awful service, clothing terrible quality and although I ordered large wouldn't fit a large child! Poor representation of the picture advertising it! From China! Don't don't be fooled it's a scam and a con. Positive reviews are false they must be no one could be satisfied with 18 day delivery and a dress not big enough to be a t shirt! I paid £20 for the dress and £6 delivery ripped off!

I finally received my package through Aramex today and everything that I ordered is excatly the way it was advertised in their pictures. Starting to think this is a grand hoax. No information about shipping alot my payment cleared the day after i placed order. When i called today i let it ring and ring until it just shut the call off. I will be contacting the BBB in order to warn others.

Today is the 20th and even the tracking facility can't tell me when, if at all, will my order be delivered. Two days ago I chatted to their customer service who said that the package is still in CHINA. "Can I cancel?" No, I have to wait till the parcel is delivered and then cancel. WHY? I don't know. Never again. I don't know who are those commentators who are giving four, even, two stars. But I have my suspicions!.

I ordered 5 items to get the free shipping to Australia, it is said that it'll take 7-10 days to arrive. Waited for 3 weeks and my package still had not arrive, contact the staff through live chat, and i was promised it will arrive in 3-4 days and got offered a bonus of $20 which i do not receive afterwards. Waited for another week and still not receiving my package so i contact them again, and was told that my package is lost and they will refund my money, after the whole month waiting and expecting it to come.
