First I waited nearly a month for the item to be delivered called customer service and also sent e mails was told not to worry it will get there. Only when I said I was contacted my charge card number to take payment back did I finally get my item. Also found it very cheap looking not worth the money never ever again.

I was stupid enough to place a order and after a week i get a message that the payment fail even though my bank account shows clearly that the money where transfered and i have to pay again. I placed my order 6 October 2015, payment of $49 (R704.81) was taken off my credit card immediately but no confirmation email was received from Jollychic. They confirmed that the payment was processing. I started a chat with Lucy 8 October and she requested a picture of my credit card and she then confirmed that the amount was returned - this is not reflecting on my account. She asked if i could get information from my bank, while logging into my online banking, my chat was cut. I then started another chat with Jack who said the amount was "refused by their bank", that i should "use Paypal instead" and that the amount will reflect in "8-15 days". I will NOT be placing another order and am giving them the time to return my money - and if it is returned, i will gladly apologize. I am not convinced though! And am thinking this is a scam/fraud!

Really cheap quality clothing, such rubbish, the sizes are ridiculous! I chose a size bigger than my usual size 12 and 2 items of clothing fit and the other 2 didn't. So inconsistent in the sizing. Once again, let me reiterate that the quality is CHEAP RUBBISH!

I received my items today. I had been concerned as I had not ordered from this company before, however I'm very pleased. All the items are excellent and fit my 14/16 figure fine. I wish they warned that delivery is so slow (2 weeks from dispatch) and I would have been less concerned. Worth the wait and I will order again.
Once the clothes finally arrived, after a 4 week wait I was greeted with what could only be described as s#! T and disappointment. The only item worth keeping was the sunglasses, however after turning up in typical English weather they are as much use as a blind lifeguard.
If you want to waste £70, feel like you need an eating disorder due to a sixe XL not fitting your size 12 body or just want to experience the worst customer service known to man than I'd advise you to place an order.
Or if you would like to purchase a lace dress (broken zip), Beige jacket (three buttons missing), Green jacket (hole in arm pit), a tacky looking striped dress (rip on back) and fancy a challenge by squeezing yourself into a XL jumper please message me! I will even give you the same customer service experience, complementary (of course)!

This bag is what caught my attention to look through the site. AND it was FREE whats better than that! Cute bag but it was stolen by my daughter as soon as I opened the box so I haven't gotten to use it! She loves it though!

I love that I received it in a timely manner... I ordered from a site similar to Jolly Chic the same day and still haven't received my order!
I purchased a White shirt which arrived with the stitching on the collar faulty (no way l could wear it as so noticeable). If l tried to correct the faulty stitching, it would have been worse so contacted them via email. They took a long time to respond but after me being persistent l received a very apologetic email back which showed promise & was told to email a photo which l did straight away. L then received a pathetic email in return which just sounded very genetic which advised me to simply wash the shirt. This fault CLEARLY is not a stain or dirty garment issue but just an unprofessional reply which sounded like a response they simply send to many other unhappy people. Would never buy from them again & they obviously don't care about there unhappy clientele & have never bothered to google any feedback & do something to better improve there business. Shame on companies like these as they give bad reputations for the good online businesses who want to be around for the longevity. Hope the word gets around soon!
