I have only purchased twice in this shop. The first time, they had a problem with my address and the items stayed 'preparing' like a month. I sent them e-mails and used the live chat. When a week and a half passed, they finally answered my emails and gave me a solution. A month and a half after I bought the items, they're finally here and I love them.
The second time I've ordered in jollychic was like two days ago, so I hope this time I have any problem.
About the quality, I think the items, in my experience, are pretty good and the prices are reasonable, but in my case the shipment costs are like 10$ and other online shops have free shipment worldwide or a lower money limit to achieve it; so I think that's a disadvantage for jollychic.

I ordered 2 shirts from Jolly Chic and both are completely unwearable. The workmanship is ridiculously poor and the materials are garbage. The items I ordered were of such poor quality that they cannot be worn. My review on their website was removed. Do not be fooled by any website item ratings - they are false.
Ordered my things 2 months ago and still till today's date not received any item. The money has been taken form my account but I haven't received no confirmation email and when I tried contacting the contacts given. They were of no use. £60 down the drain. So angry that I paid and got nothibg.

So I found mixed reviews about Jollychic but with the prices thought I'd take a chance.
Ordering - was easy however the 30% off for first order wasn't applied and for some reason they couldn't apply it upon contacting them but they gave me a 20% off next order so I didn't cancel the order
Delivery - order arrived quicker than expected
Quality - Quality was above my expectations
Sizing - This was where they really fell down. Needed XL but reviews said the items ran small so ordered 3XL/2XL they were still way to small
Return - The return address is China so postage was going to be over $90 which was the cost of the items so I'm going to keep them and se about selling them for something on ebay
The prices are good and a good buy may be had but tread carefully

I have bought winter coat and cardigan from the website. Had to wait long time for the delivery and no one respond for my emails. I was hoping the clothes will be nice but I was about to cry! Cardigan had horrible material, awful quality I have tried to go out once and the wool pieces from cardigan were everywhere. It looked like my grandma's cardigan, really horrible quality and buttons were about to fall apart. The cardigan was much bigger as I ordered and there was even written I love piece from the back side with huge letters. On the website it's picture only from the front and this is not mention there. I don't understand why they are lying to customers about things like this and saying it's a good quality clothes but it's not. Don't buy please from them anymore! Waist your money and time

I ordered sizes larger than I usually wear but when they eventually arrived they were far too small. Inferior fabric and very shoddily made. Again like others it cost more to return it to China than the garments are worth! Money making racket!

I just ordered from this company for the first time. My item was received within 2 weeks. The sizing was according to the size chart. The quality of the fabric was just ok, but the price justifies that. I haven't had to clean this item yet so that might change my review. I have now ordered a 2nd item also

Despite my age I haven't learn one important thing to check reviews of the company I purchase stuff from. This company JollyChick seems to be a total scum. Clothes sizes are from midgets. Return policy it's a total scum. Company forgets to inform clients that all this stuff is dispatched from China. So receiving too small clothes you have to send it back to China. Overall cost of that is higher than the cost of clothes which makes whole operation pointless. And it makes you furious and angry on the top of that.
Please, please I beg you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't give less than one star, unfortunately!

I bought several what I thought would be cute shirts. They came in 3 sizes too small and then when I tried to return them the postage was going to cost as much as the shirts did because you have to send them back to China! So I contacted the bank I charged the clothes with trying to get the charge reversed because there is no # on their website for Jolly Chic and of course Jolly Chic denied the claim. I'm escalating it and hopefully will recover some of my money but wanted to make sure that no one is buying from this company!
