I don't know why people keep complaining abt this site. I purchased, I received the order. Exactly as described and the selected sizes fits me well.

Sizes are inaccurate

I am an exact 2xl and I ordered a 2xl top only to receive something that was so small it fits my size 14 friend. Not happy! The quality of the fabric isn't very good either. Disappointed after seeing all the lovely pics.:-(

I ordered clothes from jollychic. I received the package very soon.
All the clothes were either broken or very bad quality, far from the quality shown and described on the webpage.

I have attached few pictures below here. I made complain and returned the broken items, I had to pay postal fees of more than 35euros. Still I havent received refund of the case. I have asked it from customer services several times but no proper response.

Dont waste your money

Please do not purchase any items from this company, you will be dissapointed. I wish i read reviews before purchasing. I learnt my lesson. The clothing are only suitable for small asains (no disrespect intended). The size is horrendous and the quality is poor. They need to manufacture clothes that compliments those from the western world as well. After all, they are marketing globally.

Not fun experience
October 30, 2015

First, When i ordered, they said they will send me as a express deliver since i purchase a lot. But finally I got the package 1 month later. I contacted them by live chat many times. They all said, "I will put your name as a urgent deliver" and I found out "urgent" mean 1 month.

Second, I ordered 6products. And only 5 items i got.
So another live chat... and they said it is out of stock. What?
They didn't emailed me. Didn't get me refund for a month until i contacted them.
What would they do, if I didn't contact them? Just get my money for nothing?

Third, all the cloth comes in plastic bag. Sooooo wrinkly.
As soon as i got them i stared iron all winter coats, and even T-shirts.
Most items especially jacket please don't think it will look like pictures.

I am so disappointed. :(

Ordered Coat in size USA8 as wanting British size 12, Came in EXTRA LARGE, they are saying this is a USA8 in China, how come coat measure 44inch bust, 40 inch waist and 46 inch hips this makes a British size 20! But they are stating correct and I've to pay shipping then if they agree will refund cost of coat but not shipping - This is not what there refund policy states if sent the wrong size, but to get out of it, they are stating correct size HOW COME item is huge not the size I wanted, I advise NO ONE to use this company - Also not size as advertised, cheap material arrived all crushed up in a ball

Scam
October 29, 2015

They took my money immediately then did not get the item to me for almost a month. When it arrived it was too small and of very poor quality. It looked nothing like the catalogue picture. There was no paperwork with the delivery and I am expected to cover the cost of the return! Which is too costly and not worth it. I will not be recommending Jolly$#*! to anyone and in fact will be telling everyone to stay well away from this bunch of scammed.

TOTAL RIPOFF

This company is horrible! I've never seen such a terrible order! The sizes are NOT AND I REPEAT NOT TRUE SIZES! They are more for a child NOT a grownup! I've never been so dissapointed in a Company! I am a handicapped lady and they expect me to return it how? It will cost more than what I paid! I think this place is a total scam artist! PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT. ORDER FROM THEM!

Dissatisfied

I ordered a very sophisticated looking semi dress looking coats from here. My coat came all balled up and wrinkled in a small Gray bag. When I opened it, it didn't look anything like what I saw online. The quality of the coat was poorly made and way too small. I thought about returning it but was totally discouraged after reading the return policy. There wasn't any paper with the product information on it anywhere. I will never ever order anything from here again.

They take your money right away, yet don't ship your item out. Contact them 3 times always claim they will ship out same day never did. Never send me ANY emails confirmation. I have to chase them down by live chat yet 20 days later my order is not even shipped.

I ordered a few items from this company and thought the prices were great, waited quite a while to receive my order and when they all arrived the quality and sizes were shocking, a hole in the pocket of a jacket, everything was so small I could barely get them on and the bag that the package came it was completely ripped open!
Be aware when ordering- I ordered all large items and what came were sizes 8 & 10- I was expecting the sizes to be more uk14!

ORDERED A DRESS WITH A DEFAULTED ZIPPER, IN ORDER TO BE REFUNDED THEY NOT ONLY DEMANDED A PICTURE FORWARDED TO THEM, BUT WOULD NOT COVER THE COST OF THE RETURN... WHICH BY THE WAY TO CHINA/SINGAPORE WAS AS MUCH AS THE DRESS!

I left a two star review saying how I was disappointed that the dress I ordered looked different from how I was expecting and the order did not get delivered in its specified time range. They did respond back saying they were sorry and hoped my next order would be more satisfactory, which was very nice. But, when I went back to the items page later my comment had been deleted. I depend on others comments before I buy things, and this makes me feel suspicious and worried about buying in the future.

I would said, overall, price are very cheap. But some items are good, some are bad. First, fabric quality, you no way can guess what it is when you shop online. Second, very important just buy those items who have (model/human) wear on to do the picture. The other photo 99% especially "dress" the shape that you wear on totally different than what you see.

I placed an order on Jollychic.com for six items totaling around $100.00. I used the size chart that is given on each individual item because I wanted to be sure of the size. I will admit, I am a plus size girl, around 0x-2x in American sizes. Based off the conversion, I ordered my pieces. Not only did shipping take almost 3 weeks exactly, but the items I purchased were all such LOW AND POOR quality. Not a single one of the six items matched the size, description or even the material that was listed on the website. I attempted to contact the supposed "24/7" customer service and could not reach them, except one time before I even placed the order. Shame on me for not reading the reviews and or the return information. All of the items, if you want them returned have to be returned within one week of receiving them and the shipping cost to return the items was almost as much as the items cost. The lowest price I was quoted was by USPS at 68 dollars, some of the other places quoted me much more, around 130 or more. Also... The company (DHL) that ships their items "fibbed" on the weight, amount of items being shipped as well as many other pieces of information on the packaging. I WOULD NEVER, EVER, EVER IN MY LIFE RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
