I ordered a coat size 3 X. It was very small. So I went through the complete bull$#*! process for a return( it took almost a week) then the return postage was $25.99. On a 39.99 item. I am just giving it to a tiny friend. It's easier. Please beware, I'm out like$ 44 dollars. Also, cheap $#*! coat.

My order has not arrived. I even opened a claim with paypal to try and find it. Jolly chick say they have proof the courier delivered it. I have absolutely definitely not seen it, and no one can tell me where exactly the courier put it, because it certainly would not fit through a letter box, and as I live on a main road there is no where to leave a parcel safe when we are out. May as well have thrown the money away.

I was actually hesitant to purchase clothes online & had never really considered doing so until I came across the website in an ad via YouTube. The website was professional & super easy to navigate & I had great communication with the sellers, which is what finally Made me decide to take a risk and order some items. They replied quickly to help with my questions on sizing and when there was a problem with the payment. The products I ordered arrived within a week and we're all true to their descriptions and I was very impressed with the quality. The only issue I had was that I had to order large sizes because I am quite tall and the length fits perfectly on all items but I am also thin so they are a bit larger on the body then I'd like but during winter that can be useful for layering clothes underneath the jackets, so it's not much of a problem, and if I get them tailored to be a perfect fit it's still significantly cheaper than anything I could've bought in store for the same quality so I'm still extremely satisfied despite not being the perfect fit in the body. Overall I would and have recommended this site to others and I am confident I'll be back to order more things in the future! Thank you Jollychic.com!

I received the items that I ordered very fast with no problems, I was able to track all the way till delivery. The quality was good and the size was right. I also ordered a wig quality was very good, I was going to return it but changed my mind. When I requested to return it, I was sent a return number with no problem.

I have recieved my second order from Jollychic very fast delivery and fantastic products. I have purchased clothes bags and jewelry. All my friends want to know where did you get it from. You have such good taste. They have something for all tastes. My husband loves everything clothes fit really well and everything is good quality. I can; t help but rave about this Company. Try it you will be pleased you did.
Ordering online is tricky as the size and style don't always match the description. However, most of the clothes I received from JollyChic are true to their description and is made with great quality. My only gripe is the shipping time. There are other sites out there that ships faster. Overall it's not too bad considering how cheap the clothes are.
I ordered a top from this website and paid for expedited shipping. The top arrived TWO weeks late and they refused me refund me for the shipping and handling that I paid extra for. They also refused to let me return the item seeing as I no longer needed it (since it was TWO weeks late). The customer service was horrendous they would not answer any of my questions nor take responsibility for it being late.

Shocking, 1st you pay for express delivery 3/7 days, 15 days later and still no order, requested £13.50 delivery charge back and got offered $10 off next order, $10 dollars is no where near £13.50 english money! So she gave me a manager email address, so I emailed it, only for it to be a bogus email! 20 days later and STILL no order no answer from email on help button nothing. Is it a real company or do they have just pictures on it make you pay and you get nothing and no money back, I'd say it's looking that way or it's down and out FALSE advertising! They are a scam site. I order what I thought was a cute stylish coat http://www.jollychic.com/p/patch-pu-asymmetric-style-long-woolen-blends-coat-g*******.html#utm_ref=prod_prs-pc_list_one_8 and they sent me a cheap, over sized, fleece that is not even on their site - looks like it is from kmart circa 1975! With no order receipt inside. You try to call and it just rings and rings and their online chat does not work. Do not be as dumb as I was and trust them.

Horrible business. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment. They lie. I was supposed to get my shipment one week ago. However it still hasn't arrived. I Contacted the carrier DHL and they haven't even received the package for shipment. When I talked to jolly chic, they said it was stuck in customs. How can it be stuck in customs when it hasn't even shipped yet? I am very mad at myself for not checking this Chinese company out more.

I am calling you "7x24" number and it has now been ringing for EIGHT MINUTES! I ordered over the mobile website, the money is "processing" through my bank, and your sight says my order is "unpaid", and yes, I received the "Your order failed" also, LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT!?. I am SO disappointed to read all these other reviews. I agree with the size discrepancies and decided if I just order per my own measurements, I'll probably be okay. NOT SO per these other reviews!
