I ordered 5 items. 2 purses and 3 clothing items. 2 of the 3 items received was worth keeping for the price but not the highest quality (but you get what you pay for). I ordered all of my clothing items in size 6. One fit and was truly a 6, one came as XXL and one came as a L. The two latter were way too big. One of the blouses ordered was not at all as pictured. The pattern of the material was the same but that's about it. One of the purses ordered was ok and one was not The quality of either was not great but I didn't expect too much more than received for the price paid. I'd like to return the shirts that don't fit but since I have to ship it back to China (I didn't realize this until after placing my order since I ordered from the app and obviously didn't do enough research), it will cost me $90 so I guess I'll donate them. I haven't yet attempted to discuss an alternative solution with jolly chic so I won't rule out that they may assist with the return just yet. Either way, for future, I don't trust the product, it's not worth the trouble and would not order from them again.

Ordered a jacket from Jollychic, arrived quicker than expected considering it came all the way from USA to England. The quality of the jacket is good, definitely worth the price. I will definitely be shopping again from the website again and I highly recommend anyone considering it!

Sizes are way TOO SMALL and actual measurements are quite different from what they present for guideline. For instance, I ordered a sweater, on the site they said: for size 36/38 = 72 cm long, while what I got was actually 50 cm. Same thing for the other two sweaters I ordered, there was a difference of at least 15 cm less between what they say and what I got.
And the materials are not at all as what they say: I only ordered from Jollychic because I thought they had affordable quality products, made of wool or cotton. They must have a very different idea about cotton from what I know, because none of the three sweaters was made of cotton or wool like they said they would be! Beware: "cotton blends" is anything but cotton!
I will never order from this site again!

I love my stuff

I became very worried about placing my order when i read the reviews for jollychic.com. I had ordered 5 items, and as i am a plus size lady, i became concerned that they would be too tight of poor quality or not arrive at all. I must say my order arrived within days of payment being taken, my goods were a good size and next time i may order a smaller size, as there was plenty of room in the items. The quality is very good for the price. I will definitely order from this site again. A very pleased lady

Gorgeous items, which give you that element of style without having to break the bank. High class fashion and so far, items are true to size... just make sure you look through the measurement section for each item as they vary. Besides that, no complains at all. Love it!

AVOID!

Took over 2 weeks for the items to arrive. Although I am a comfortable size M, all items were far too small. The other thing is 3 items were winter coats- perhaps for a winter in Mediterranean of average temp 15 degrees, otherwise they would not keep you warm! Of course they are very helpful to take the items back- as long as you are willing to send them back-TO CHINA! The postage was more expansive than the clothes. I honestly don't know who writes the positive feedback for them!

$30.00 Item can from China. Wrong size. I was told to return it. Took it to post office to send back...$135.00 to mail back to China. Will never order again.

Do not buy!

I would've never ordered from this site if I had known it was overseas. I ordered a 2X and it fit a ladies medium at best. Return shipping on customer. Bad customer service. Do not recommend and will never purchase from company again.

Very disappointed with this purchase. Material is very poor quality, not what it looks like on the website at all, very cheap and thin material, looks creased when worn. I will not be buying from this site again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Item took ages to arrive and when it did, they'd sent me the wrong colour and the top was defective. I've asked multiple times for a refund which they refused to give me. Complete waste of money - avoid!

Totally wrong
November 15, 2015

I am here again to share another piece about Jollychic. After the disappointment with my order (extremely bad quality, my money totally wasted for nothing ad very long waiting for the delivery) I tried to close my Jollychic account. I have contacted their livechat at least 3 times before finally discover that the account cannot be shut. So think carefully before use this service. Their staff simply do not understand english. When I told that I wanted to "close my account permanently" they ALL asked me to send them my order number. So I repeated them that I didn't want my order to be checked, I wanted to close my account. After that silence... They all disappeared! Finally the last guy kind of understood, and gave me an appaling answer "the account cannot be shut", "but you can ignore the account" and "just leave it alone". I couldn't believe it. Anyway at least I got to be canceled from the mailing list.

I should not be surprised by the outcome of this experience. This company sells incredibly cheap Asian made garments that come in wildly varying fits and is of poor quality. The worst part about it though is the return policy. You have to return the garments within 7 days and at your own expense. Lets just say shipping to SINGAPORE is not cheap making the items that did not fit unreturnable and the items that did fit suddenly rather pricey.
