The pictures look amazing but the quality and after care are terrible. If you are not happy they expect you to pay for postage to return items, even if its their fault... In my case, the sent then wrong size and till wanted me to pay for postage to return it...
Very bad experience for twice with the rep of Live Chat division in Asia/China zone.
The conversation took over 1.5 hours. It is ridiculous and so annoying. I was told by the rep that she was too busy and was dealing with 7 - 8 customers in the same time! Therefore, she answered my each question took about 5 to 20 mins!
Due to its poor service and my ordered products' sizes got changed, i have no choice to cancel my first and last order eventually.
During the live chat conversation, the rep double confirmed the refund would send back to my credit card within 5 days as it was the procedures from bank. However, i received a cancellation confirmation via email the refunded amount will be kept in Jollychic account until i contact the company again to request sending back the refund to my credit card!
As i don't want to waste my time again, i sent an email to Jollychic after sales instead of Live Chat. I do hope Jollychic will refund the full payment to me within 5 days

Worst place to shop online! When you return items, they say they never received it and never give you your money back. Even when you provide them the order and tracking numbers. Please do not fall for their scams online. Also, I returned the items because the entire package was sent to me damaged. When I returned it, I never got my money back, I have been trying to get my money back for over 5 months now. It is awful!

The account status still remains unshipped. Just spoke to a rep on live chat, who turned out to be a robot. Still no idea when I will get my clothes even though I ordered 259 USD worth and apparently they were to be express delivered (3-7 working days). Day 8 and nothing from them yet

The quality of the goods look good on their website... but they are not, glad I did not spend more than £45, returns procedure... hopeless, would have to return them to China, even though they were shipped from London, so not worth the expense, clearly this is part of their strategy, I will in fact donate the items to charity, so at least the money is not completely wasted, I never have left such a negative review for anything before, so this shows how bad they are.

I know the site said clothes will be slightly smaller then marked but for a 3x and 4x item to be like a large and extra large is very disappointing. Shipping to return in 7days is as much as what I paid for the clothes. Buyers Beware!

Only ordered once, but all 5 items were exactly what I ordered (3 zip up cardigans and 2 winter hats). Took a little longer on delivery than initially stated, however, it only took 9 working days with the free delivery, so really not too bad, especially as it was an international delivery to the UK. Very pleased overall. I will definitely be using them again.
This is the second item I've ordered from Jolly Chic. The first one I ordered an XL, and it might fit my 5 year old niece, but I liked the design, and thought for sure a 4XL would fit, but, nooooo. It might fit my 18 year old niece who is skinny, but it doesn't fit me! I think I would have to lose 50 pounds so that I would weigh 100 pounds, to have a chance of it fitting. Can't try anymore clothing... with what I now think, the size would have to be an 8 or 9 xxxxxxxxxxl. Disappointed.
How long will the refund / exchange take? Got an order delivered today- 3 of them are wrong sizes as mentioned in the metrics.

I purchased a size large jacket that they said fit true to size. WRONG! Sleeves were so short and arms just as tight, I couldn't even give the jacket away. I got a return authorization which was at my expense no matter the size wasn't even close to true. Clothes are good price but it had better fit perfect or you are paying the very hefty price to ship it out of country.

This is the 4th time I order from jollychic and everything went great the order comes on time, prices are affordable and quality is good.
