I bought 5 shoulder wraps for myself, my bridesmaids, and my flower girl. I was under the impression that as a first time user of this site that the shipping would be either free or strongly discounted. Then when the order was placed, it said the discounted shipping applied to only certain items. Also, the 5% discount code didn't work. THEN there were the fees for DHL shipping services and import fees. I realize these particular fees are out of the seller's control; however, a heads up would have been greatly appreciated so I could properly budget. As for the shipping fees, if there was notice that free or discounted shipping applied to only certain items, it was not in a place easily accessible when I placed my order. My things are still in transit, so we will see if they arrive around the estimated date of October 19th. At this point I am thoroughly unimpressed, not overly optimistic, and will write another review if the items do not arrive within a reasonable time around the 19th.

If I could leave 0* then I would. Honestly, just avoid this company at all costs. They promise to ship their bridesmaids dresses within 24 hours - when they don't! They promised me (in live chat and on the item listing) they would arrive on the Wednesday, as I had paid for expedited shipping, when they didn't arrive until the Saturday. Getting them to issue me with a returns label was almost impossible - their customer service are literally the stupidest people I've ever come across, and have no brain cells at all between them. Now they've finally refunded me and charged me £3 for the Royal Mail returns label then seemingly another £33.63 to return them to Hong Kong. Absolute scum of the earth.

I would give them less than a star if I could. I am absolutely appalled with the service of JJ's House. I am the maid of honor for my best friend's wedding and we were trying to find an affordable option for a bridesmaid dress. We thought to order here. We thought wrong. After looking back and deciding to get another dress elsewhere, I attempted to cancel my order. I figured it'd be easy because it hadn't been shipped. They offered me only a 40% refund back on the dress I never received. All be cause I cancelled it "too late" even though it hadn't shipped. What kind of professional company forces you to eat the money on a dress you never received and attempted to cancel before it shipped. They're based out of Hong Kong I believe, so their response timing isn't the most convenient but that's on me for even ordering from them. All this to say if you are considering ordering from here, don't. You're better off picking something up off the side of the road. I am angry with the service and that they aren't giving me a full refund. The dress plus shipping was $103 and they were going to offer me $55 back. Ridiculous. All that to say: TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

I had two get both of my daughters dresses for their uncle's wedding. I was excited to see that they offered "custom" sizing. Well, it turns out that's BS. First, the custom sizes for junior bridesmaid dresses don't go outside the ranges of the standard sizing, so I had to get my 5'6" 11yo an adult dress. But second, in both cases they refused to actually make the dress to the measurements I gave, saying the difference between waist and bust was too big. In one case they just canceled my order because I didn't see their response and answer in time, without trying to call anything. People have time sensitive orders from you! In both cases (and they are very different proportions) they challenged my measurements and said they weren't possible--and then sent dresses that don't fit. (Too big waists, when I had given them smaller waist measurements.)

Unrelatedly, I'm horrified to see them selling mesh "masks" of the since anti-maskers wear to get around mask requirements. Just don't.

This is a total scam company. I was trying to do a return, they send me a label take it to UPS they say it's not a viable label. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Tried again, send me a different label this time for FedEx and same thing! There's no number to call and get to the bottom of this. Finally I just mail it and pay for it myself end now they can't change the card to process only 50% of the refund! The reason for a different card request is bc I had a million fraudulent charges not long after I bought the dress from there in the first place. TOTAL SCAM!

In the ad, my dress looks sleek and beautiful-in real life its clumpy, uncomfortable and CHEAP! I wouldn't wear this Anywhere, let alone a wedding. I will never order online clothing again! Buy at a Real Store where u know exactly what you're getting!

I'd honestly give them 0 stars. I ordered a dress, never received it, was told it wouldn't arrive in time for my event, and then was promised a partial refund followed by a full refund. It's been more than 2 weeks and still no refund. I tried to submit another ticket and couldn't, then tried to contact them through chat, but was told they didn't have any ability to help me. They are now completely ghosting me. Basically stole $160 from me. There are plenty of other excellent places to shop. Stay away from this site!

Ordered a standard size... even went UP one size based on reviews. The dress was way off on measurements for a 'standard' size--all you have to do is measure it yourself with a dress tape to see the discrepancies. Poor quality--very cheap construction. Site photos are very deceiving. Out over 200 bucks but that's what I get for ordering from this company. Lastly, their advertising says 'from the UK'. This crap is from CHINA. Buyer beware.

After reading the horrendous reviews, I was sure I was never getting this dress, I was going to have a headache returning it, or the quality would be bad. I was thrilled when it came earlier than expected, and it was beautiful. Because I was worried about doing business with JJs, I only ordered one dress. I would have ordered several. I will definitely be ordering again from them.
