I brought 4 dresses in red for my bridesmaids. I have to say the dress is FABULOUS. The quality of the dress is amazing and the picture online does not do the dress any justice. It's better in real life. Thank you JJshouse everyone who attended my wedding and who has seen the photos of the bridesmaid had so many great compliments. My girls looked beautiful and they all said the dress was so comfortable to wear.
I have been ordering dance shoes from JJs house for some years now and cannot fault their products or service. They may not have such an extensive range as other sites but what they sell is very good quality. Cannot fault them.
Great service. Speedy delivery swatches are a good size to use when chosing other items. Big enough to give you a good idea of the fabrics and their colours. Will definitely be ordering more products soon

This dress ran really small. I typically wear a 12. Ordered a 14 after reading measurements, figured I could have it taken in. I couldn't even zipper it up.
I emailed back and forth quite a bit with JJ customer service. They more than once said they cannot refund for this reason or another, I was finally refunded the return shipping and restocking fee. I had to explain myself too many times. This dress was definitely cut wrong. I would have kept it if it was right as it was just what I was looking for.
I read somewhere that they are out of London. I think not.
I understand people are happy with this company. I am not one of them.

Their dresses are high quality and not see through. My alterations gal said my dress was beautiful and very well made. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I highly recommend the Try It At Home program. It's easy to return items and the dresses looked brand new. I ended up keeping a Try At Home dress.

Everything worked well. 5 Beautiful dresses for the bridesmaids. All fit well. Thankyou to all the sewers - wonderful workmanship. We are thrilled and delighted. Arrived in Australia in less then 2 weeks all custom-made, packed well and were able to track all the way where the parcel was. There were no extra charges.
Will recommend to all brides in Australia looking for something beautiful and feminine not off the rack for their special day. We also ordered other items and were happy with those too.
Bought a dress for my sisters wedding and it did not fit. The material was of poor quality, especially for the price I paid for it. This dress was maybe worth 50 bucks... didn't even bother to return because of the policy... if I could give a lower rating for this place, I would. I guess that's what you get when you order from China.

The dress is beautiful, really high quality and looks exact as it looks in the pics. I ordered standard 6 size and it fits perfectly. Together with the dress I ordered also dance shoes and they are also ok!
I ordered red shoes from JJ's House for my daughter's wedding. The ones they sent are magenta pink. I tried to return them, but was told they 'had verified that they sent the correct item', and the best they could do was a 50% credit for new merchandise or a 40% refund. No opportunity to return. I would never recommend doing business with JJ's House.

A dress I ordered on line arrived the day before I came away on holiday. I tried it on and very sadly doesn't fit.
To get in touch you have to input a code. Every time the code is invalid and just deletes my whole message.
Just read reviews and now think I won't be able to obtain a refund.
Anyone have any advice please.

Awful business.
Firstly they are not based in the uk, they are in Hong Kong, dispite trying to mislead you with a. co.uk web address.
Secondly, even if you select the super saver deliver (which is still £12!?!?) then they will charge you £24 for delivery.
Thirdly when you inform them of THEIR website error and ask for a refund, they'll offer you store credit. If you refuse, they'll tell you tough luck, they've sent the item out, even though you raised the ticket immediately after completing the purchase, and we'll before they sent it.
Avoid at all costs.

I would never order from this company again. Shipping is extremely high and must pay return shipping if the item does not fit properly. I received a defective dress that was shredding in the back. I had to pay to ship it back to them and then pay to get a new dress to replace their terrible workmanship. They were not accommodating and did not offer free shipping to replace the defective merchandise. If they bride did not select this dress I would have gone elsewhere. I would give them no stars if possible. Shop elsewhere!

I have to be honest, I was worried about being scammed, but nothing like that happened! Customer service was timely and helpful. My dress arrived within the estimated delivery time, exactly in the customised size according to given by me measurements.
This dress I have ever seen, this is the most elegant of the dresses I've ever seen! In JJshouse working real masters, these people out of business. Beautifully stitched dresses, all seams are neatly stitched, beautiful lace, lots of skirts, corsets, as I wanted! Am grateful to this company for embodied my dream!
I order a dress for my son's wedding, which is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Not only did my dress not get made on time, but they did not bother to contact me that it was delayed. I only found out because it didn't show up by the promised time. I have been fighting with them and they are refusing to give me a refund. This is fraudulent company, do not order through them.
Little blue tins. All completely destroyed, no packing and both bags were already open. They offered 40 percent of the purchase price or 6.00 on a 16.00 purchase plus I paid9.00 shipping. Whereby I lose 19.00 for receiving the junk. These are thieves. They are nothing like a reputable U S company. Don't do business with them. They also said I could spend even more of money to mail back the broken tins to them and then try to seek reimbursement. I sent them photos so they could clearly see the condition

I will definitely order from them again for my next event, and will not hesitate to tell family and friends about their company as well. I'm a satisfied customer!
I am so impressed with the dress, high quality to fast delivery! I had special measurement's and the dress fits perfectly. I also ordered a sash, it was absolutely perfect! I will certainly order again in the future. The measurement's are good and I chose to take smaller measurement around the bust and could really have taken even a bit smaller but it does not bother me.
