I ordered a beautiful personal necklace of my sons name for my wife on her first Mother's Day, which she loved.
Jewlr included a free gift along with it which complimented it beautifully but was broken. Upon notification they immediately sent a replacement completely free of charge.

Originally bought 2 name necklace, but another grandchild came along. Phoned customer service and they walked me through the steps to send back the original and add a third charm. Clear and concise and it all worked out great.
The original ring order arrived with some finishing issues. After sharing photos of our concerns, customer service was prompt to provide return Instructions for repair. Additionally, we needed the ring two sizes smaller. Jewlr also promptly refunded the premium for the size originally ordered. After about 2 weeks, we inquired as to the status of the repair and within hours we received a reply with the estimated date of delivery. We had an upcoming family reunion over the July 4 holiday and very much wanted to share this occasion with them. We asked if possible, could we receive ring on or before July 3. Again, within hours of our request, customer service said delivery could be expedited for July 3. The ring arrived as promised and was exactly what we hoped for! If customers are looking for quality, value and excellent customer service, look no further. Thank you Jewlr for an outstanding experience!
Bought my husband a ring off here. Presentation was amazing. Got a custom box wrapped and everything. Was amazing quality all around. AMD then opened, and the ring was better than expected. We have orders rings for him on other websites and returned them because they were nothing like the picture. But jewlr exceeded Mt expectation. Now I'm getting my ring from here! The item purchased was of unacceptable quality, especially given the money paid for it. The necklace looked like 3 linked washers rather than white gold rings. The free gift necklace had a gap from one side to the other where it had been poorly made. We were told we'd have to pay return postage if we wanted a refund, despite the item looking nothing like the one pictured on their website. Wouldn't purchase anything from them again
Disappointed with size of bar pendant. Website pic makes it look bigger. Also this is the second time I order a necklace and its packaged so poorly that the chain is tangled and knotted. Unfortunately I will not order from Jewlr any more.
I have to say that I was very disappointed when I got the actual product. I bought this ring as a Christmas present for my daughter and if you look at the picture on the sight you can clearly see the engraving and the shape of the Celtic knots. However, when you get the ring it doesn't even remotely compare. Looks like something you would give to a child, definitely not worth £200 (approx). Will never use them again.
I purchased a tungsten metal ring that broke within a week of light wearing. I emailed yet they said they couldn't replace or fix it. They offered 30% off if I wanted to purchase the same ring again, but I will not be shopping ever again with this company, and I hope you don't either. A discount doesn't fix my broken ring I spent $180 on. The 30% discount is only about $20. Thankfully they refunded me in full but I'll be purchasing a ring elsewhere.
It took over 3 months to get my account straightened out (which is the ll/23 date). There were some good customer service representatives... but, they didn't seem to communicate. All the products were much smaller in person than presented in my opinion.
When I first ordered from Jewlr, it was a promise ring for my girlfriend that I wanted to gift her before leaving for basic training in the Marine Corps. I ordered it in the middle of August, the back to the school sale saved me $50 on the ring and customized box. I thought it was too good to be true. The ring arrived 4 days early so I could propose it before basic, and it was amazing, a great material with no loose parts or damage anywhere. The ring was beautiful and my girlfriend loved it. Thanks to Jewlr I got this ring at a fair price without paying ridiculous jeweler fees that most businesses charge.
Had our rings made here. My partner's ring ring fell out. Having sent the ring back they said the ring was bent. How is that even possible. So I had my ring check at a jewellery shop and they found a flaw in the design. It's thin and the base making it weak and of poor quality. Further more the refund I got was not the full £204 but £50 less. Rip off company. Would not recommend to anyone.
I recently ordered two rings, a bracelet and a mothers charm... My order came sooner than the expected delivery date and every piece is beyond my expectations... Beautiful... Much, much nicer than anything I saw in stores... I absolutely love the interactive web site so that you are able to see the finished customized product... So much fun... I will definitely continue to give them my business... I would highly recommend them and you can't beet the prices... Awesome, awesome... This company rocks...!
Ordering was easy, products are good, however customer service is woeful. I ordered a charm but the stone fell out. It has now been 3 weeks of writing emails, waiting for responses, not being able to contact anyone. I was charged for postage to return the item, but they failed to tell me that the fee was for THEM to return the item to me, so another delay. This was supposed to be a birthday present, but has turned into a horrible experience. Never again will i use them. At this point in time, they have not responded to an email I sent a week ago.
The necklace arrived and it was perfect. When I asked about a box for it, your staff bent over backwards providing me with information about available options. Our oldest daughter was about to give birth to our grandson, I opted for the photo box. Two weeks later he was born in Denver. I took a picture of my wife, daughter and grandson then sent it that evening to Katie. Just a few days later the box arrived and it was terrific! What a wonderful Christmas gift for my wife! I have used Jewlr a couple of times in the past. Their products are AMAZING. Unbelievable quality and stunning looks. And their customer service is unmatchable. I do recommend them if you want something special and custom for your special someone.
All around poor quality. I'll start with the stones they look completely fake and plastic and even upgraded to the better stones. Then after my wife has worn the ring for less than 12 hours the ring turned her finger green. By the way the jewelry tag has to remain on to be able to return the item. But how are you suppose to know the jewelry will turn you green if you can't wear it with the tag attached? Because who wants to wear a ring with a piece of string and plastic tag attached to it. I have yet had a chance to speak with anyone from there but I promise you it probably won't go over to smooth. So save your money and go to a actual store and don't be fool by these cheap asses. By the way I spent 275 dollars on a ring just Incase anyone thinks I spent the least amount of money I could.
The packages came quick and it made my girlfriend and I smile. We have had a rough week but when she saw me with a Jewlr box her eyes lightened and she gave me a big hug. Jewlr does an amazing job on all their beautiful unique jewelry.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
