The ring i purchases for my fiance was amazing. Unfortunately i had picked a rose gold accent which she did not care for. I contacted them to see about having the rose changed out for yellow gold and they were very accommodating. In the beginning i took a chance on a company i had never heard of, but i found their product to be so amazing. The ring was returned earlier than expected and my fiance is so incredibly in love with this ring. Thank you so much Jewlr. I will order from you again.
I'm very excited to receive my ring I have wanted a cage mother ring for 2 years. Finally this Christmas I'm getting one. Of course I had to place the order because my husband has no clue how or what to do and I didn't trust him enough to get the one I really wanted with all the right stones. I can not wait!
1800-220-906 - this number has a recorded message all the time saying that the number is wrong and to check the number and try again. I emailed Jewlr support but as yet have not been able to talk to anyone in Australia. I went ahead and placed an order anyway, hoping all will go smoothly.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT Two reviews. My necklace broke and I had to pay repair as out of warranty, they make you pay return postage also! When they repaired it came back shorter, I complained and they said this is what you ordered originally. I said that's impossible and proved by photos it was remarkably different. They had to make me a totally new one.
On buying another product a locket, the catch snapped and it couldn't be repaired. I had paid for photos to be inserted, this cost me extra, they then blamed myself for how I had inserted the photos. Sent back (paying postage) and now have a refund but it's been a nightmare. On asking to talk to a manager and complain all requests are ignored and complaints.
My original necklace has snapped again (poor quality) therefore I'm drawing a line and never using them again. They didn't even give me any compensation.
During all this my grandparents had both died and I bought the locket from the savings they gave me. I told them this but they ignored as-well. No compassion and arrogance.
Everything was easy to understand and the process is simple. They have a large selection of different styles of rings, it was hard for me to pick the right one, because there are many nice rings. Thank you!

I ordered a mother's ring for myself for Christmas. Great selection of styles and a very cool feature on the site that shows you what your ring will look like with your stones. I ordered on a Monday and had my ring in a week. I opened the book and just loved it! More beautiful then I even expected! Fit great, I used sizing guide on the website. Beautiful jewelry, fast service. Plus a pretty free gift and reasonable prices.
I bought a Tungsten ring from them for my boyfriend and it cracked within 2 months. They sent me another one saying broken tungsten is a rare occurrence and they're durable. The new one broke again and cut my boyfriend's finger! They won't do anything about it since its past warranty - overall paid $100+ for quality that's $#*!ter and more expensive than Pandora, what a joke. GARBAGE quality, they probably purchase these from aliexpress and resell. DO NOT BUY!
I ordered a mothers ring for my girlfriend as she was about to give birth to our child. The ring came in on time and before she gave birth so my plan worked perfectly. That is until I slipped in on her finger and within 24 hours she had a greenish/purple ring around her finger from the ring. This instantly went from a great idea/gift to embarrassment on my behalf. I could not believe it. Very bad deal and will be trying to resolve this issue.

This company saved Christmas! My daughter has wanted a custom name necklace ever since she was little. Money being what it is, it has been hard to get it for her. This Christmas, I finally had the money to order the necklace of her dreams. UPS lost the package and the hope of seeing her delighted Christmas morning was lost. When I spoke to customer service, they told me they would check with UPS to see what happened. The next day, I received an email saying that they were sending me a new necklace to replace the lost one! Best part, it is going to arrive by Dec 21st! Thank you so much for the excellent service and especially for thinking about your customer!

They provided instructions on sending chain for repair, no cost to me. Within one week I received repaired chain! I am very impressed with this company. They have excellent customer service. I ordered the Rita engagement ring and I am so very pleased with my purchase. I will be getting married next month in Vegas to a wonderful loving man. He had My Perfect Love engraved on the band and it brought tears to my eyes. The pictures of the ring do it no justice. Absolutely stunning!
Website states 1-3 days arrival. Never even got a dispatch email in that time. Company unreachable via telephone and only one of my emails was responded to saying it's actually 1-3 days shipping. No dispatch in time frame given and no response to emails. Order was for my Mums birthday so greatly inconvenient. A week later I cancelled the order as was no use to me late but they sent the next day regardless. Have to refuse the goods on attempted delivery so as to not have to return at my own expense. PayPal and trading standards working with me... Hopefully this appalling company is stopped from trading soon. Some of these positive reviews are suspiciously defensive?! All negitive ones are same problem as mine which speaks volumEs
I placed an order using paypal. No order review or address confirmation came up, it just processed the order. It ended up using my old address. I immediately contacted the company. After being on hold for several minutes the message said I would be called back but no one called me back. I followed the instructions on their website to make changes to my shipping address. I emailed them as per their instructions. I emailed again and again. I called again and again. Then I got an email saying my order shipped to my old address. Finally got an answer at customer service and they said there is nothing they can do. Really jewlr? This company is a scam I can only guess that their positive reviews are planted by them because there is no way anyone would give them a good review.
Rings are pretty but seem to get dirty quickly and diamonds aren't stable completely as well as scratching around the band happens where as it looks like the ring is peeling. Love rings from here though depending on what one you pick out.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
