I have had incredible customer service with this company. I received a mother's ring from Jewlr from my husband for my birthday and while it was beautiful, it was simply NOT my style (at all). I looked up the other products that Jewlr offers and found the EXACT ones (yes, I'll be ordering 2 rings!) that I wanted. So I contacted customer service and they said that it was no problem to return the one I received. Everything has happened so quickly and with ample consideration for me as the customer. Received mothers ring as gift from my husband. On day 2 ring caught on my sweater and completely broke at weld. Ring was an attractive and unique design but was obvious once taken out of box that ring was junk. In the process of sending ring back to jewlr to be repaired at a cost to me of 30 dollars. This company terrible all around. Should have researched company prior to purchasing.

The school provided company should take a very good look at this, their stuff was over prized and way too generic. This Company has it together from communication, to shipping, to professionalism. Ordered an engraved 3 heart cluster engagement ring. The Express shipping was only 15$. I had a question about the shipping... talked to a real person through instant messenger. They were so prompt. Very friendly. The ring got here so quick. It was absolutely Gorgeous. To begin with I am happy with my purchase, because I have been wanting a mother's ring for a very long time. But if I knew what I would be receiving, I would have saved some more money to get a better piece. If you get the engraving make sure the band will be big enough for it to be visible. The names of my two boys are extremely difficult to see. Also, save up the extra money to put toward buying real stones. The artificial stones that they used are not very realistic. For the price I paid for the piece, I am happy with it. The piece arrived on time and in a attractive box.
My girlfriends ring broke and lost a gem. I sent it to jewlr for a small repair fee and had it fixed. It did take a little while to get back but it was well worth every second as my girlfriend loves the ring more now than in the beginning. By far the fastest customer service I've had from any company too.

Very disappointed with my order. I have paid more £81 for size large of pendant and I have received a very small one which is not even suitable for infant. I will be ashamed to give this to my sister after spending £300. Not going to buy from them again. When I posted this on facebook they blocked me.
I love my ring my husband got me for Christmas so much that we decided to get our 2 daughters rings also. It's fun and easy and a large selection to choose from. And you get to customize yourself. Shipping is free and it arrived very quick.

I recently purchased a mens ring on this website with engravings. We got the ring pretty fast and loved it, but unfortunately a week later it was ruined. I contacted customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement ring no charge. We greatly appreciate this because we were no expecting that we just wanted to inform them of the problem. Thank you so much we will definitely stick to you for future services!
They "shipped" the necklace I bought my wife. It didn't arrive on time, and Jewlr made an excuse and said it would be moving in 2 business days. I had to call FedEx three days later. It was delayed by FedEx because, as FedEx claimed, the package was empty. Jewlr said it wasn't and told me they'd launch a 10 business day investigation. Rude customer service. They simply made excuses and offered no solution. Never offered a shipping refund, or any concessions whatsoever. Only gave me a refund after I said I expected a refund in full in addition to my product. They gave me the refund but the product that they never shipped of course never arrived. They're a half step above a scam, and from reading other reviews I'm actually very grateful the product didn't arrive. It would likely have been of a quality reminiscent of a pre-school art project. The incompetence is staggering.
Right from the very start my experience was great. From the ordering process to delivery it was easy and thorough. The ring arrived really fast (5 days) and it's absolutely beautiful! If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This is by far the cheapest and worst product I have ever purchased. I purchased a necklace for my anniversary and it broke on the first time it was worn. Nobody should ever waste their money on a product this cheap, especially when it is expensive to purchase. Zero quality. Now, they are charging me to return it. I have no idea why I would ever purchase from them again.

Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
