I like that when you set up one piece of jewelry with stones and names, if you look at others, it automatically inserts the same ones, without having to create it all over again. I just hope both items are as nice as they appear online.

No communication despite numerous calls to a number that doesn't answer your call. Instructed to leave a message and they don't call you back! I've wrote 3 times now too. They don't allow you to leave comments or feedback on their social media pages... ask yourself why and if all these raving reviews are genuine! I think not! Avoid this company. Worst customer service ever!

I recently purchased a ring for my better half through Jewlr and stupidly I messed up applying my new customer discount to my order, Ana A, one of the lovely assistants, sorted this discount out for me post order completion and I've never received such excellent and efficient customer service like it! Purchased a ring for my husband less than 3 months ago in remembrance of his late twin brother. Ring has/had two amethyst gems. One fell out already last week. Since the company has a 1 yr repair policy, I placed the repair order and was SUPPOSED to receive a CALL letting me know who and how to send his ring in. Instead I received the following email "

However, due to the busy holiday season and the large number of orders that we are working hard to fulfill, we cannot accept any repairs at this time.

The purchase and shipping of the item was all very easy. It was nice that they sent you a message via Facebook when the item shipped and was delivered. The only thing is the ring/stones look much bigger in the photos. Once you receive the ring the names and stones are SO small that you have to get glasses to read and see them. That was the only disappointing thing. Probably won't purchase another from this site for that reason.
Although the concept is great the actual ring in itself is disappointing. Can hardly read the inscription or the names on front of the ring because of it being so tiny it's more the pinky finger ring not the ring finger. Need a magnifying glass to make sure it was ever spelled correctly.
I've been ordering off of this website for the last two years for all my gifts to friends and family. This year I mistakenly ordered the wrong ring size for my boyfriend for Christmas. It was just slightly too big. Stan and Lisa with customer support emailed me back very promptly and with helpful options to fix my issue. I ordered two rings and received them in a timely manner. I absolutely love one of them - it's exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly. Unfortunately, I am returning the other ring as the stones seemed smaller than how they appeared in the image shown on the site. Customer service has been kind, responsive and very helpful with explaining my options. I would definitely buy from Jewlr again.
I picked Jewlr because they could make the ring I wanted and deliver it in time for my wedding. Three days prior, the ring did not "pass quality control" and they pushed the delivery date out beyond the wedding. The only good thing is they allowed me to cancel and refund the order and express shipping.
Now I'm left without a ring with 3 days to go.

Its a great place for any occasion gift. I spent 3 hours looking for a site like this but all were either way, way over priced or the disclosure was may not receive in amount of time given (longer than a month, not including the week to process order).
