The necklace arrived and it was perfect. When I asked about a box for it, your staff bent over backwards providing me with information about available options. Our oldest daughter was about to give birth to our grandson, I opted for the photo box. Two weeks later he was born in Denver. I took a picture of my wife, daughter and grandson then sent it that evening to Katie. Just a few days later the box arrived and it was terrific! What a wonderful Christmas gift for my wife!
