I ordered a bracelet for my god child's pictures, the only reason I went with this company I'd that they assured I'd have my item ON TIME. Payed extra for overnight shipping, was even lied to and told that if i used the instant gift option it would be made quicker LIES. They shipped the bracelet literally the day before they said it would be delivered sent me a tracking number and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. My godchild ended up taking pictures without it. I'll never order here again

I was very displeased with the quality of this merchandise. It was very brittle and looked like something out of a bubble gum machine. You can barely make out the name on the chain, it was soo thin and small. Just very cheaply made. Like your scared to wear it cuz it looks soo fragile. Soo I returned it and it gets worse because they take about 3 weeks to refund you the money and they don't give the full refund. They said in the policy states no refund on gift wrapping and customized boxing yet they wont give you the a refund if you don't return the the customized box and wrap. That's kind of like stealing my hard earned money and I had to pay shipping for the return. Don't buy jewelry from here nor believe the hype of these phony reviews. You will wish you took my advice.

My ring is so beautiful and it came in a timely manner. I was a little afraid that my ring is going to come late because it wasn't shipped until the last two days. However, it came even earlier on the scheduled delivering day! The sizing is very nice, it fits very well on my finger and the ring itself is absolutely gorgeous. The website was very easy and fun to navigate. I love Jewlr and will definitely be a returning customer!

One thing I want to make a note is if you try to contact their customer service, do it when they're available to do LIVE conversation on their working hours. It's so much faster and easier. I find them very unresponsive to the usual emailing system. Basically, if you need customer service, LIVE conversation during their working hours is the best way to go. So that's a little bump on the customer service but the quality of their product is great!

I was so pleased to find that Jewlr were able to make a 3 stone birth ring that I wanted to but for my wife's birthday. The options available were exactly what I had been looking for so I was happy to place my order. Then Covid-19 struck us and the delivery date was unlikely to be met, however, I explained to them the importance of the delivery date and they pulled out all the stops and via. Fed Ex got the ring to me 3 days before I required it. I and my wife are totally delighted with it and I have no hesitation in recommending their service.

My husband surprised me with a necklace from their company with my son's name on it the day he was born. Unfortunately, when the necklace was sent back to be fixed, the charm broke, it was lost in the mail. The company went ABOVE and beyond to fix the program, they immediately were in communication with me, and sent a necklace free of charge, knowing the meaning behind my necklace. This is the best customer service, I have ever dealt with!

We were in our homes and unable to stop for gift due to carina virus. I didn't want my granddaughter not to have a gift on her 13th birthday so I contacted a company I saw on Facebook. Sydney had mentioned she would like to have a ring. I saw his beautiful ring on Jewlr website so I called them to see if they were still working. They said yes so I ordered it. The service was fast. I got it a sort time later and it was beautiful. My granddaughter loved it. I will do business with this company again and I would recommend the company to my friends and family. Susan

My mom wanted a birthstone ring, and her birthstone is alexandrite. Trying to find alexandrite, even synthetic, in a brick and mortar store, I was told I would be paying at least $500 for the stone alone, and $10,000 for genuine. I had been eying mother's rings for myself from jewlr for a long time, so I checked it out for my mom. I was able to customize a ring for under $300, synthetic stone, setting, accent diamonds, 10k gold. It's beautiful, and the free and $9 jewelry I got with it is so cute too!

This site looks super sketchy, one of those ads that randomly popped up on my boyfriends Instagram and he sent me a wedding band that he liked. I paid a pretty good amount for it... almost $450. I got it in the mail and was pretty disappointed, it looked like a cheap piece of jewelry I could've gotten at Walmart but the gold piece around the center looked like the rings you get from the little quarter machines as a kid. I got a necklace as a "free gift" and that looked pretty crappy too. I then contacted the website for a return form. The site said it would take 5-7 business days to get it to me... two weeks later I had not heard anything. I went to email their customer service and they sent an email saying they'd send me a form in 5-7 business days AGAIN. So I decided to call that day and got the form sent to my email immediately. I sent the ring back following the instructions and three days later I got an email saying my refund would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. I got the full refund 5 days later. Only good thing is the 99 day return policy.

My wife loved the necklace granted she said I way over paid if it was more than $150 so that's not a good sign. I was pretty disappointed in the necklace and almost sent it back before I gave it to her. If I hadn't shown it to my kids it definitely would have gone back. The picture shows the dimensions so I knew it was going to be a small piece which my wife loves but the pictures also showed that you could clearly see the beautiful heart shaped gems in the necklace. You definitely can't see them clearly. There is no way to tell they are hearts and unless you are outside on a super sunny, clear day it's hard to even see that they are in there. I am just setting expectations here for future buyers of the product. 3 stars because she likes it and won't let me send it back. But definitely not 5 or even 4 stars because the picture does not provide an accurate representation of the product. Family Tree Pendant.

So i have seen many reviews on jewlrs products many being hit or miss. I was very scared buying a product online from a retailer not many people have reviewed but I decided a few things needed to be said. I ordered my boyfriend a tungsten band for around 80 dollars I thought it was a good deal and was very happy with the purchase. When it came it it was a tad to big but that was my own fault it was very nice and I didn't see any scratches or Mark's whatsoever it came in a basic black ring box and it comes with certificates of authenticity. My boyfriend loves this product and has has it since Christmas and has had not a single problem no green finger and the ring has a nice weight to it while still being light. It came on time as well but tracking was a bit off!

The item purchased was of unacceptable quality, especially given the money paid for it. The necklace looked like 3 linked washers rather than white gold rings. The free gift necklace had a gap from one side to the other where it had been poorly made. We were told we'd have to pay return postage if we wanted a refund, despite the item looking nothing like the one pictured on their website. Wouldn't purchase anything from them again
