After looking and looking for an anniversary gift I found Jewlr which has an awesome range. The great thing is the customization. For her ring I had the ability to change the stone to a pink stone (which is her favorite colour) so she loved it even more. Also the engraving was a nice addition and added a real personal touch which hopefully every time she sees the engraving she knows how much she is loved. Thanks heaps Jewlr, I highly recommend and will shop here again!

The process of ordering the ring was only difficult because there were so many options and combination to choose from. It was great because you could see the changes that each selection would make not only to the jewelry, but to the price as well. Great experience and I will be using them again.

I was so excited to get my product. It showed a picture of the pendant next to a quarter and the pendant looked bigger than the quarter when in actuality it is the same size. The picture also made the stones inside the pendant quite noticeable and they are not at all. You can hardly see them at all. I was already planning my next purchase before this arrived, but won't be ordering anything else from Jewlr as you don't get what you expect.

The ring I ordered, arrived promptly and was packaged beautifully, but there was a small issue with one of the engravings (a letter was missing at the end of a name). Customer service was superb! I returned the ring (at Jewlr's expense) to have it fixed. I had it back within about a week and it was perfect! My Mother loved her Christmas gift.:)

My wife loved the necklace granted she said I way over paid if it was more than $150 so that's not a good sign. I was pretty disappointed in the necklace and almost sent it back before I gave it to her. If I hadn't shown it to my kids it definitely would have gone back. The picture shows the dimensions so I knew it was going to be a small piece which my wife loves but the pictures also showed that you could clearly see the beautiful heart shaped gems in the necklace. You definitely can't see them clearly. There is no way to tell they are hearts and unless you are outside on a super sunny, clear day it's hard to even see that they are in there. I am just setting expectations here for future buyers of the product. 3 stars because she likes it and won't let me send it back. But definitely not 5 or even 4 stars because the picture does not provide an accurate representation of the product. Family Tree Pendant.

My husband surprised me with a necklace from their company with my son's name on it the day he was born. Unfortunately, when the necklace was sent back to be fixed, the charm broke, it was lost in the mail. The company went ABOVE and beyond to fix the program, they immediately were in communication with me, and sent a necklace free of charge, knowing the meaning behind my necklace. This is the best customer service, I have ever dealt with!

I wanted to give my wife a special Christmas gift. I had seen the 'Mum's Ring' on Facebook. We have 5 birth children and 2 adopted children, I wanted something special to commemorate their births, I had never seen a ring that I liked that would have enough space for stones for all seven children until I saw this one. We were able to design the ring together, choosing stones in colours that represent our children rather than their birth stones. I was able to have the stones set in a silver ring as my wife is allergic to gold, the engraving made it all the more special. We are also foster carers, three of the diamonds represent the three foster children that currently live with us, the other five diamonds represent the 80+ other children that we have cared for over the past 22 years. The ring, on arrival, has exceeded our expectations - it is dainty and delicate, the right colours and fits perfectly - we are so very pleased with it, and so are our children.
