I'm with Maggy; I'm a little skeptic about my purchase but praying that they are for real. I am always leery about ordering online unless it is from a well known and already reputable company; and then I'm not sure because they use other's names to be deceiving. When my purchase arrives I will make my review.
OMG! I can't believe it. I'm so satisfied for what I've purchased today I bought my wife a bday gift I'm only looking for 1 necklace but instead I got 2 necklaces... Thank you so much she will be happy for this... 5 stars..
I ordered a ring and followed the directions for sizing and triple checked the size, when the ring arrived it was way too big and the engraving was hardly visible unless you have a magnifying glass. I sent them an email requesting to return the ring and get a refund. I then sent the ring back and as of today it had been sitting at the post office uncollected as Australia Post was unable to deliver the parcel. So i guess if they never collect it they don't have to give a refund. I sent the parcel with a tracking number and it needs a signature for collection. I'm not very happy. I would recommend staying away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.
The gift necklace was better quality than the name necklace. The chain will break in no time and the actual name is so flimsy it will bend easily. Very disappointed. This was a graduation gift for my granddaughter. I will return it.
Found this site online and decided to take a chance on a custom ring. Having real time updates via FB Messenger was a great perk and knowing exactly what stage my item was in the crafting process was fun. It arrived exactly on time in wonderful packaging. The ring is beautiful! So much daintier than it appeared on the site, I LOVE it and I can't stop looking at it! Would definitely recommend anyone considering a purchase here to take the plunge as you won't be sorry!
This is a pretty ring. However I was disappointed when I opened the box. It was definitely nicer looking in the picture on the site than in person. I can barely see the stones inside. I doubt anyone will see them when I'm wearing it. I'm keeping it anyway because my boys bought it for me as a Christmas gift, but I doubt I'd purchase from this site again.
This guy's are literally scammers, I saw this bracelet with my name and hers and I decided to buy it. When the product came was tiny, thin and you need a lupe to see the letters. Wow! What a disappointing purchase. I don't recommend this store, all pictures are deceiving.
The first time I heard about this site is when a long time friend gave me a gift for my birthday. I was so impressed with the style, fit, and quality of the ring I got that I went out and bought my daughter a necklace. The prices are reasonable for what you get, the shipping is fast and I love the little free surprise you get with each shipment.
The website was very user friendly when designing the various aspects of the jewelry. They consistently kept me updated with messages regarding the progress/shipping of my order. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Ring already turning black and losing its finish.
This was a graduation gift for my daughter and I almost cried when she showed me what it looked like after her only wearing it 2-3 times.
I am so distraught that a company would make gumball machine quality products and sell it for over $130.
I will write again after I hear what they plan to do to fix this
UPDATE: Company swears it is silver and it is possible that since we live in the south with humidity that the ring is tarnishing the few times she has worn it. They said they would put a coating on the ring to prevent tarnishing, but wants $25 for shipping. I recommend if you buy a silver ring that you ask them to coat it prior to sending you their product. I will let you all know how the process works.

They don't even deserve one star! Purchased the Celtic eternal love charm with birthstones for a friend who lost both parents to covid. Bought it as a keepsake for her with her parents birthstones. The picture on the website is NOTHING like what I got! It's awful. Looks like plastic. Aquamarine stone looks white. Worst quality. What a rip off! See the pictures below. It seems like only a few people have been getting the short stick in this situation. My fiance proposed to me with a Jewlr engagement ring and it is GORGEOUS. The engraving is delicate and neat, fits, and hasn't turned my finger a strange color or seemed like it's been rusting. It's absolutely perfect.
I chose cursive engraving, and the pictures all show it black and easily seen. In reality if you don't have a magnifying glass or enlarge a photo you cannot see the engraving! I opted not to exchange it because I didn't want the hassle. Yes, they offered to exchange it for a different font. The return process is pretty involved though. I plan to order a different version of the ring in a better quality metal and different font in the near future.
I made a purchase of a silver necklace, I received it within 2 days. I received it at around 11 in the morning of June 1st and put it on instantly because I was excited, I had already showered and gotten ready for the day so the necklace never touched water, around 11:45 that same night I went to the washroom and as I was washing my hands I glimpsed that the necklace was discoloured in the mirror. On closer inspection when I removed the necklace, it was completely tarnished, the letters were literally turning black. The necklace was already a lot smaller and flimsier looking than what was advertised but I just let that slide, but to receive something of such terrible quality is insane. I don't know how they are ripping off people this bad
