Just received my ring back from being repaired with new gemstones for each of my loving dogs, sized and re-sized after I changed my mind - Jewlr called me a couple of times to be sure of every detail as this ring in honor of my sweet dogs is so important to me. Overall beautiful designs to choose from just a bit pricey. Spending over 100$ on a sterling silver (fake) and simulated (fake) stones is too much. Super cute designs though! I bought my sister a graduation ring I know shes going to love.

I put a review on here last week because of the terrible service I had received. Long story short. I bought a ring, had it resized it turned my daughters finger green and I wanted a refund. Was told no several times. Sandra call me yesterday and we had a very nice conversation and she refunded me the cost of the ring. I brought a ring for my mum and I'm so happy with it she loved it and the engraving was done perfectly. I don't think the pictures do the rings justice there much better. Very happy customer and I will definitely recommend the site to family and friends

I was referred to Jewlr by a friend who had purchase a ring from them. I was looking for a wedding ring but didn't want a normal silver band.
After looking on the site I was impressed by the choice and eventually picked one. Unfortunately it was one size too small but Jewlr sent out a replacement straight away.
The quality of the ring is very good and I am very happy with that I have purchased.

It wasn't until three months later that she tried them on, only to find one earring was broken and unfit for her ears. When I reached out to the company, they offered a credit, deducting costs due to the warranty period's expiration. Despite my agreeing to their terms and sending the earrings back, all communication from their end ceased. They've completely ignored my attempts to contact them.
What's particularly disturbing is their active suppression of negative reviews on their website, leaving only positive ones. Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions.
