But when the order arrived in our local customs office, you refused to clear the goods, according to your local customs policy, the customs office have the right to destroy it or sell it at auction exceed 90 days. For the issue, both of us have encountered the loss, but in order to serve our clients well, we bear the loss, we will refund you the ring's value.
