BUYER BEWARE -- I see a lot of ads on Facebook for Jeulia. My experience with them has been awful and I want to warn you all.
Long story short: Wanted to return a ring - you have to call them for a return authorization and send photo proving that you haven't removed the sizing tag from the ring (no refund if removed) - after several tries to call them, finally got through - was subjected to a VERY HARD sell to do an exchange instead of a refund and I had to immediately email them a photo of the ring with the tag still on it before they would go any further - emailed the photo and held my ground that I wanted a refund and the phone rep finally told me that he would email me the return authorization code and return instructions - never got the email and by then it was getting close to the 30-day return period expiration - tried calling back, got a continuous busy signal over 2 days - sent angry email demanding return instructions - they finally responded, telling me that no authorization code is necessary, just mail the ring back and BE SURE TO EMAIL THEM WITH THE CARRIER AND TRANSACTION NUMBER BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN TRACK MY RETURN - sent the ring back the next day thru USPS INSURED and immediately emailed them the info they required AND ASKED THEM TO CONFIRM RECEIPT OF MY EMAIL - never got a reply - after another 5 days with no response, filed dispute with PayPal - it's been 60 DAMN DAYS and I'm still waiting for resolution and now I don't have either the ring or my money! Needless to say, I'm also losing faith in PayPal as a safe and PROTECTED payment method.
I am going to post this review on every one of their FB ads until I get my refund!

We have marked ring's details on our website our rings are made of 925 sterling silver, the coat is rhodium plating and the stones are Created Gemstones. Rhodium plating is often added onto white gold or silver jewelry and engagement and wedding bands in particular to increase shine, luster and durability, less prone to tarnishing. Deceptive advertizing, charged 20.00 for shipping, when ad said free shipping. When I emailed a request for explainion, was told it didnt applied.

After ordering there is the first info. One of theese rings have to be manufactured first. In China. Ok: there was NO info on the website, that the rings are not ready now AND there was no info before, that they are crafted in china. Anyway, so we have to wait.
At December 29th i am asking per mail: Whats the matter? No Info, no messaging about shipping? Answer from 30th: "sorry, we will ship on January 2.2020. Ok. So after one and a half week the shipment arrives (because it was shipped from somewhere in china, it takes a time).
After 2 Weeks the first of the rings is broken - see picture. 3 Days later the second ring is also broken! So i claim the order. After some days there is a backinfo from jeulia: claim accepted. I have now to ship the rings - to CALIFORNIA. Now, i am living in germany. Again there was NO for me noticeable hint on the website about the company headquarters sitting in california! The website simple simulating the impression: it is an german company. But its not.
Thats simply scaming - and nothing more. The rings are now given to a local goldsmith in munic. He could suchesful repair the damage. Baying by jeulia: Never. Ever. Again.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.
Answer: Their photography is really good. The product looks awesome in pictures on their site. Way better than what you actually end up receiving. Of course we should know better than to expect high quality for such low prices so again, the old adage remains true. You get what you pay for.
Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Buyer beware!
Answer: I've had mine for about a month. It was rose gold. Almost all of the coloring has worn off and the metal is so soft, it's really banged up and has tons of scratches all over it. When you get the package, they have value listed as $20.00. It's so beyond junk.

Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
