So i just got a message from jeulias service dept. Telling me that they are sorry for messing up the engraving on my wifes rong and if i can ship ot back amd REPAY the engraving fees... Spending more on shipping and having to pay another engraving fee... Wow this dept borderlines on the stupid. Why would i pay again for something they couldnt get right the first time not to mention a previous order where i had specifically ordered certain colored stones and they messed up only to try and convince me to keep the ring... never EVER shopping here again and i pray you stay away from this online store. SHOPPERS BEWARE!
