I had my ring for less than 3 weeks and the plating chipped off! Their reply was to send me R200 refund to fix it. Clearly they do not know how much anything costs in SA!
I placed an order. They shipped wrong size. I emailed as soon as I got the ring. They deducted shipping and I had to mail back item. Wouldn't acknowledge their mistake. Customer service "Emma" was rude and wouldn't fix their mistake. Avoid at ALL costs!
Actually, before I ordered on this site, I checked here to make sure that there were some reviews, which there were, so thanks sitejabber! I ordered a wedding band for my honey. I wanted to find the special, but at a very reasonable price. Anyway, found a nice heart ring - ordered it, everything came on time and was great. Can't wait to give the ring to her, she are going to love it!
We ordered my bridal set from here and received it yesterday. I love it! Both rings are so pretty and I love how the wedding band is dainty. I love the detail in both rings. It took about a week to process but once it shipped, it was here a day before the estimated time. I will definitely be ordering again.

Ordered on the 1st. Item should have been delivered by the 5th. Only after contacting them on the 12th did I get told my order would go out soon and I was told to be patient. This was supposed to be a mother's day gift. I would honestly let it slide of had not been for the rude customer service. They mess up on their end and then have the nerve to tell me to be patient!

I purchased two sets of rings in November 2015, within a month the coating started coming off, I was told to send the rings back and they would "fix them". After several emails as to why I had not received my fixed rings, I was told they couldn't be fixed. Then I was told they did actually send the repaired rings, which they lied about. Then they sent me another set of rings which were wrong and I returned all 6 rings that I had received. I provided them with pictures, tracking numbers and they still refuse to refund my money. This is fraud! I am still being told that they do not have all the information to process my refund. I have been charged a total of 225.95 CAN and I have paid 33.62 in shipping charges. I received a credit of 89.32 which doesn't even match either of the payments that was charged to my credit card. When I call in, they will not let me speak to a manager or supervisor. I am thoroughly pissed right off since they can't seem to figure this out after 5 months! FRAUD! SCAM! ILLEGAL! Who can I report this to?

We have gave you refund for your one order, your second return for fix, we only can fix it for you and can't give you refund again. You ordered the rings on November and December last year, we only have two months return policy last year considering ring's problem we answered to give you refund for one order. Although I was so excited when I got it at the beauty of the design i noticed it was a completely different shade then the rest I own. I also noticed it wasn't stamped and well it's shipped from China "red flag" so I took it to a jeweler "not just one" who all assured me it's fake. Terrible scam they are running here.

Answer: My wife received in a week, sent back within 24 hours. Their customer service should you choose to call them is unreal either their is no answer or you get someone with English skills like an infant. You can email them as well expect English translated the same way and single word or short one line answers that don't answer your question. When I emailed I got simple answers like" we real sorry you understand" we no able to refund you understand, thank you etc. you wasted your money sorry to say I went thru PayPal to get my 10 bucks.

Answer: The California address and contact information appears to be a "front" to make them sound like a legitimate company, but those who have gotten shipping confirmation show they are in fact shipping from China. My husband had money taken out of his account as soon as he purchased something, and thought it was being shipped from California to New Mexico but when he tries to check the status he gets a message that the "order could not be found". Answer: Im not sure what you are looking for, but there is no gold in their rings, and the stones are inexpensive man-made materials (which, despite their gorgeous photos, have very little sparkle). You can get better quality costume jewelry at almost any regular store for a better price! Besides, if you try to return something, you will NEVER get a refund and will never even get anyone to answer their phone.
Answer: The rhodium plating on your ring should definitely last longer than a year. Although having said that, if the base colour of the silver has a really black colour to it, then you might start to see the silver colour coming through at the base of the ring, before the end of the first year. Normally you should expect the plating to last 2-3 years.
Answer: It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment.
