Firstly, I forgot to apply for cut 50. I thought I loose the $50, but the operator contacted me in time and tell me I can get cut 50. I was really moved by her behavior. Finally they refund me $50. It's very kind. The most important is the ring, when I got the ring, the style is so fashion, and I love it so much. I can do more business with this company. Because the service from this company shows that I can trust them.

I live in Canada, my ring took exactly 2 weeks to get here. I love it! It's exactly like the picture and has a nice weight to it! I had to call customer service to change my shipping address and they were very helpful. Their Facebook page is very quick to reply to comments and help too. I ordered my ring 9 days ago and just keep getting told by customer service the ring will ship in 2 days. Well its been 9 days where is my ring. Not very happy with customer service at this point. All we wanted was the ring but keep getting a run around from customer service

The angel necklace I ordered was just as pictured and described. It arrived promptly and was in a very cute little gift box. This will make a nice, inexpensive gift for my daughter.

I have always enjoyed the products I have purchased from Jeulia and have always been very happy with the prices and various choices. But the product sometimes arrive late and can take a long time to be delivered. However, it worth the wait.

Jeulia is great! I ordered 1 ring and 1 necklaces, when I opened my shipment it only had 1 ring in it. I find them on facebook and the responder was great.
