I ordered a black diamond engagement ring in December, it didn't fit, so I returned it. Didn't have a correct return address, so the ring came back. I e-mailed Jeulia for an address again, and got one from Jeulia's customer service department. Returned the ring, but never saw a refund. I tried to email them at least 2 more times and no response. Five months later and I'm still out $96. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company, since I did not obtain a refund. Stay away from this company at all costs! P.s., I bought another ring as a replacement and it fit much better, but after a month or so, the little diamonds on the outside fell off! It still looks alright since the main black diamond is still intact, but I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company! I guess if the ring fits your finger, they're a grat company, but when you have a size problem/return, they are the ABSOLUTE WORST..

This is a lovely ring and the pictures do not do it justice. Communication with Jeulia customer service was easy and frequent. The ring arrived weeks before the noted time. I would highly recommend Jeulia for your special ring purchase.
